LeoVegas technical issues

Not really a complaint, just letting you know. Don't know if anyone noticed but LeoVegas seems to be having issues. I contacted help through chat and they said they're having technical difficulties and the problem might be resolved by tommorow. Just a heads up, if you're going to deposit money you might not see it show up under your balance. I put money in to play and my balance is still at 0. I'll update this thread when everything is fixed. So far they've been really helpful and quick to reply.

Happened to me last night also, last £24 in Skrill which made it worse :mad:

Don't have the patience these days for live help (plus was way too tired)

It was like I wasn't connected to anything (the spins I did manage) and the whole lot was wiped out the fastest I've ever witnessed in all my online 'career' since 2003 with no wins or anything

Absolutely fuming I was :(
 
It's usually my 'go-to' place but as of late I haven't even been remotely near the joint, bar seeing if they had some free spins for me the other time (they didn't) :mad: Yes I've morphed into Greylady mkII :eek:

Also recall having had balances hang, err, in the balance when depositing before, but these technical problems would normally get resolved fairly quickly. I shan't envisage LV getting terribly much undying loyalty from me in terms of deposits, not with my recent VS acceptance, but on the whole I'd still rate them fairly highly. Next to no technical problems generally and the games don't have the dreaded 'win lag' either :cool:
 
Apparently the problem Is fixed but I still have no balance. Support told me to wait another 24 hours to see if my payment goes through. Now it's becoming frustrating.
 
Update

Still don't see my original deposit for 120.00, I put in a 10 dollar deposit this morning just to see if it would show up and it did. So I contacted support and told them my scenario, they said my 120 deposit had an error and it should either go into my Leo balance or back into my bank account. Either way I have to wait 24 hours to a week to see. Support seemed just as baffled as I am which isn't a goodnsign. I almost feel that they've managed to steal money from me and I haven't even gambled it yet.
 
I'll keep you guys posted, I don't have any issues with Leo, I like them, I promote them, mistakes happen, but it's a tad frustrating when your own money is involved in the mistake. I put in 27 today and made my lost money back. So whatever I lost hopefully it goes back into my bank account.
