LeoVegas - no way to contact - still in business???

I’ve been trying to contact LeoVegas as I still have received my withdrawal. They have no live chat operational. They have not responded to my email in a week. Their contact number just says their phone lines will be up and running in August ? and no response or traffic in their Twitter. Still accept my deposits though....

They took 3 weeks to get back to me over a email i sent them as there live chat is always offline now whenever i go on the site. To not have live chat 24/7 if not most of the time online, is disgusting for such a big operation. Lets you know what they think of there customers. Other way smaller sites have live chat 24/7 so there no excuse for it.

I closed my account there about 2 years ago. They went downhill. They now delay withdraws and Live Chat Taken over an hour to get to speak to an agent. Then they was just utterly slow at dealing with ID and SoW and also if you get a hung game round on a slot they are the slowest in contacting the provider to get the game round details so they can close it and credit what was won from it.

So yeah LeoVegas used to be a great casino until they bought CasinoGrounds and made some streamers millionaires as a result. They are just a joke of a casino. Then on top of all the above I said. I also stopped getting any Promo Emails too. That went on for over a year. I tried multiple times to get Live Chat to sort it out but they could not work out what the issue was. I think it was obvious, they obviously bonus banned me cos my account was in the black here because it is here I won that 12K euro Jackpot on a 0,40p stake, Holmes: Secret of the stones slot.

I pretty much noticed that about a few months after that win they must have just decided to bonus ban me. Anyway I do not care, they are a joke of a casino.
