and as im from the europe heartland living in malta, i saw the page in my language as well the special offer for my country

Contacted live chat today (twice) and was told the predictable clear my cache, delete cookies and history, try a different browser and so on.

Yep MG games won't on desktop or mobile last three days so obviously they don't care -- I agree with most comments here -- site is great to look at easy to navigate and great slot selection and that what makes most people sign up along with huge welcome bonus -- but that's where it ends CS can be a little short and patronising when answering questions and don't even bother about asking for a match bonus -- I deposited $700 in two days which vanished fairly quickly at lowish bets and when enquired about getting a match bonus on next deposit I was given a firm NO -- and I have no idea what relevance the VIP levels have and CS will not say -- all I know is that it goes up to 99 so even if you deposit thousands in a month you won't get near that level.

I have no idea either. I'm at level 23 (was 11 last week) but it doesn't actually seem to serve any purpose. Although I have self-excluded from any and all bonus offers/free spins etc so it's irrelevant to me anyway.

I do like the casino though. I've withdrawn £3500 this past week (from £500 in deposits), and all withdrawals were processed within an hour, even in the early hours this morning (bank holiday here in the UK) so that's good.

what should be special outlined is the extremely playerfriendly bonus conditions they offer - you get the bonus up on top of your deposit. if you start winning and place the bets only from your deposit you can immediately withdraw. winnings are not stuck to bonus wagering requirements.

thats a huge advantage to competitors who request a decision pro or contra bonus before the first bet placed... and if you took the bonus and have some nice wins in the beginning you are stuck to 30 or more times bonus - or worse - deposit and bonus playthrough which makes it most likely to lose winnings and deposit.

i had a 225 euro bonus on my account, winnings of 1000, deposit 150 and wagered only 1050 euro. in case of common bonus terms in competing casinos i would had to wager 5 times as much. so i just applied for withdrawal and support already told me i will have my little sweet bucks on neteller in a few hours (documents already checked).

^^ well done on the win. The initial welcome bonus is offer (various matches on first 4 deposits) is very good and the 200% on the first is one of the best going around.

My gripe is the match bonus offers after this are as rare as hens teeth. I felt the same way as you in the beginning but some 15-20 deposits later and my opinion has changed markedly. It's very rare for an online casino to not offer one of their players a match of at least 50% on their next deposit after they can clearly see you have had some very bad sessions in a row after making fairly large deposits over a short period of time (few days) -- most will give you something whether that's free chips, free spins or a decent match bonus. But to not offer anything is in my opinion is pretty poor. Like most here I will only enquire after a couple of very poor sessions in a row.

The VIP levels are a joke, im level 38 and dont notice any difference whatsover. Before they gave some nice freebies every other week if you asked in live chat, often around 30 euro.
Never withdrew when got a freebie but made you feel apreciated. Support says they are not allowed to do that anymore on a general basis and the bonuses are rarer and rare so have almost stopped playing there.
Shame as it was my number one site and the bonus terms are excellent, but with few bonuses and no other rewards there are many other good sites.

My experience of Leo Vegas has unfortunately been poor of late. A shame because Leo used to be my go to casino. However, in my opinion, you now get a lot better service and offers from the other new multi platform casinos than from Leo. Most recent dealings with LV have left me feeling frustrated. After remaining loyal for the good part of a year and reaching a stupidly high level on a non-existent VIP scale, they knock me back for requesting a small cash bonus or a few free spins. Not sure what happened cause they used to be quite generous with that stuff. Nope, certainly not one reload and/or free spin offer per week. One can but dream for such luxuries!

More like one reload a fortnight/ three weeks for me, and as for free spins, well let's just say perhaps once a month or when a new slot is out. These equate to about 5 spins mostly. However as stated I am impressed with the super spins they were dishing out recently, notably in double figures too.

So I finally decided to give these guys a small deposit. $50 and took their 200% welcome bonus.

I have not wanted to give this casino any of my money because I was sickened that they allowed a streamer to false advertise to the community by pretending it was real money. And now rumors going around about the possibility of it with letsgiveitaspin guy. Also, I never liked how they bombard his stream trying to entice others to sign up. Way too affiliaty. But the rep here said it was an old manager that allowed that fake money streaming to go on. Is it true? Questionable.

With that being said they never did anything personally to me and I was looking to play with a bonus with not too ridiculous wager. I do this when I want to be locked into wagering so I am forced to play all sorts of slots.

I got lucky and at the end of wagering I cashed out $612.

The support there is fantastic. Above and beyond anything I have ever experienced before. Incredibly helpful and personable to an extent so Im not talking to a robot. They processed my documents as quickly as they could and then processed my cashout right away and sent it on its way.
