I have recently tried Leo Vegas and my opinion is that it works quite fine playing in the mobile but on the computer I would not say the same. It's pretty standard casino; they don't have anything special but it's quick when withdrawing money. So, quite OK.

Chrisigissi's right of course, because your luck's not so good doesn't necessarily mean that the casino's not so good!

However, I'm also having some very poor luck at Leovegas. Well over £1k down in fact, my fault of course for getting hooked on Netent (I find Starburst very addictive compared to other slots for some reason!) What IS under the casino's control however is how they interact with their customers. Usually after a bad streak I cheekily ask for a bit of help e.g. a deposit bonus or similar, which I did with Leovegas. Their offer was £10, 1% of my losses! Ok, well every little helps I suppose.

The next day a 25% deposit bonus was offered to all customers up to £100. I incorrectly assumed that this could be over a number of deposits like some casinos, and not just the first deposit. My error of course, ok, yes, my fault again, but when I queried it with CS they were terse to say the least.

I guess all I'm saying is that this casino could be a little more sympathetic to their customers, especially when they're on a bad streak!

The levels go up to 49 and it`s pretty useless until they have the VIP program in place, which should
be very soon. Then you get free spins, dep bonuses and all the usual stuff depending on your level.

I was wondering the same so I asked CS and they sent me the following mail-

I can't say that I like that. Every player should be treated as important to them when it comes to support.

I can tell you that you have to play a lot to even raise that meter to 30...I'm at 11 or something and I receive some freespins and bonus offers quite often. To me, it's ok when a highroller gets more attention at a casino, it's worse when some players get less bonuses etc. than the ordinary member (read bonus ban) because the house edge should do that work for the casino.

I spoke to the customer service regarding what is the point in having vip level if at the end of the day it is of no benefit to me.
I was told that other countries may be added later.
Apart from that issue though i have no complaints at all about them except i would like to see a few more microgaming slots added.

Bonuses? What bonuses? As said £2000 in deposits pretty much bonuses virtually non existant compared with people like 32 Red when you have a horrible run!
Nothing worse than not even being able to get a comp when you have had a 70% rtp session! I hate to lose b ut when you have a rub like i have and cannot barely get a comp you have to say do they value your custom! My personal view No!
