Leovegas changed their withdrawel policy

I play at leovegas depositing and withdrawing via PayPal. 6 days ago last withdrawel it took less than an hour generally ultra quick.
I made a withdrawel yesterday night and thought it strange it wasn't in my PayPal account this mor ing so I contacted live chat to be told all withdrawals now sit pending for 2 days even wallets then are processed and banking times start then.
There has not been any t&cs to agree to popping up either . This seems almost a blatant attempt to have customers get bored of waiting and reverse withdrawel.
Even worse is the fact that nick Preston had the same issue , went to live help and they sorted his withdrawel straight away. Do Leo have a rep in casinomeister?
Apparently They are working to lower the times in the future. This is not down to payment backlogs btw cs confirmed this is just their new policy on withdrawals. Like I said for years up til 6 days ago was as good as within the hour for processing why change it to work on reducing it in the future

Right - that's it. You were given every chance to resolve this and now you're spamming other threads, cross-posting the same old crap.
Adios.

I started a thread on this yesterday and it seems they are lying to customers, as they told me it is because the payment provider has a backlog. Another account getting closed.
Yes, IIRC @ChopleyIOM had a bit of an ordeal there when he had his mental Final Countdown hit. You would expect a bit better from a heavyweight outfit like them.

Yes it certainly took some of the shine off what was the win of a lifetime in terms of multiplication of stake.

I basically just play at VS and 3Dice, neither of them dick you about on payouts. My last withdrawal from 3Dice was processed in 40 minutes on a Thursday evening at about 9pm.

interestingly they have just slipped up where a CD advisor has put this down to an "issue " where they have moved payment dept from Malta to the UK then completely back tracked and put it down to a policy change which they can do at any time ?

I would have thought something as important as this deserves archiving in their t&cs and communication to the players but nope nothing.

There something fishy going on
" and I'm not talking about the content of baldricks apple crumble"

I remember chopleys ordeal I had this without a withdrawel but I put that down to the verification of the accounts pretty much had the same ordeal everywhere I played over a month a while back but fine since.
This is definitely been in last 5 days , I'm guessing it's so new not many have come across it yet

Maybe Its me being naive but i thought with all the tightening regulations by the ukgc things like this were to be stamped out. I believe the other casinoes which i had to re verify earlier this year stated it was to speed up withdrawals which have in many cases however Leo are going the wrong direction.

Just to clarify this post is about Leo and not Nick he was merely used as an example how they set a divide between affiliates and regular account holders and as mentioned he thinks it's not a good move they have made also.

Apparently the delay is 3 days now
what a bunch of amateurs they are. Won't get another penny from me.

Edit: Make that 4 days, the payments team have gone home and are currently part way through withdrawals made on the 29th.

Just feel lucky you only processed 1 withdrawal and not 96. And that they dont pend for 96 days.

I remember back in '96....

Oh ffs... winbigger has infected my thought process even after being banned AND in another thread.

Wondering why this withdrawal can't be locked upon request. Has anyone PMd the casino rep?
I haven't looked into locking it, I don't need to as I won't reverse it. Considering they usually take <1 hour its quite a difference. The rep has read the thread so don't think a PM would make much of a difference. If theres temporary problems then he should just say, if its a change in policy then same applies :(

Unbelievable, in hindsight I think it's only stalling if some are getting through. I have someone who is 'reaching out'to leovegas who is more than well in with them to see what gives. When I get a reply I'll post it be interesting .

My last attempt to get clarification was in the form of Matthew form CS. Whats more i was nice as pie just asked some pertanent questions.

He alledges that the delays are merely due to the migration from Malta to the U.K and that they have not had a policy change.
I asked if this could be fedback as 3 previous Cs advisors over the last 2 days have clearly stated a "policy change " which Matthew refuted .
I sort of hope it is a back log as i have never had a single issue there but i dont know when you have someone telling you that certain people using paypal are set to automatic payments like the chap earlier who stated he had a paypal withdrawel yesterday in under an hour must have been on so get processed without joining a queue but couldn't really explain what determines those on auto payments from manual payments that requires a payment team member to press ENTER.

Also with the Leo REP reading and not responding just gives you the gut feeling theres more to it.

Total Drainage , i got to 66 hrs as of 09:03 this morning so contacted live help again. low and behold a miraculous verify my paypay with a screenshot has appeared which was not there previously and never mentioned by CS in any of chats of the last few days. At this rate ill tell them to keep it and give it a charity , i can only imaginne what running a marathon is like if im that tired and drained trying to sort out a withdrawel lol

They paid me just over £300 to Paypal in about 45 minutes last night, so it certainly doesn't seem to a be their 'policy' to take days to pay out.

In fairness after my initial kerfuffle with them when I had the big win on The Final Countdown, all further payouts to Paypal have been really quick.

I ended up phoning Leo Vegas , had a lovely girl on the phone who got my payment pushed through and spoke to the payments team regarding the hold up as Live chat said auto payments were disabled but the lady on the phone said this is incorrect got my payment pushed and said i would have no issues going forward... Im now 25 hrs into a fresh withdrawel (arghhhhhhh) oh well i guess i have to put up with ut or theres a glitch on my account

I know this is an old thread but it's 2022 and I've started having problems with getting withdrawals again. Seems to be a timing issue, however. I'm in NZ and if I make a withdrawal anytime before 2am it goes through within about 20 mins to my bank account. However - I noticed just recently I am unable to make withdrawals between 2am and early the next day - they bounce back into my LV account. For all I know this could be my bank's behaviour as I'm a fan of Leovegas and long-time custie there.
