Question Leovegas asking for copies of expired bank cards

This is why players should be advised to scan front-back of every card they use for gambling and keep them in a KYC folder along with an up-to-date bill and ID scan. Make the verification process simpler every time.

Especially, as people have mentioned, given that the banks tell you to destroy expired cards when new ones arrive.
I have always done this myself. It shouldn't be necessary (especially as I haven't won a decent amount from a casino in years!) but it does make sense to copy front and back and edit out the unnecessary digits but keep the original copy too. This happens not uncommonly nowadays.

I still have the front and back copy of my old card . Google photos storage! Some reason cannot upload these either?
Is there anyone that can help me figure this out. This Hooyounthing is so confusing also. I added a document by accident and couldn't remove it or start over . They make it incredibly confusing and incredibly hard OBVIOUSLY to stop is from receiving our rightful winning amount .
 
@JkG a PAB is an arbitration service by Casinomeister.

They take up the complaint with LeoVegas and handle it for you. Saves banging your head against a brick wall of scripted, incompetent staff.

I have these but the hooyou thing won't take photos saved only live taken shot!!!
 
I have been asked for proof of old cards, several times, even though they haven’t been used for 6 months, since they expired.

It’s beyond stupidity that they ask. You abide by their rules and withdraw to the card you deposited with and then they ask for proof of a card you didn’t deposit with. Where is the logic in that? It’s either pure incompetence or a blatant tactic to try and avoid paying out. Thinking about it, it must be the latter as Casino support staff are generally incompetent by default.

This whole industry needs a clean up, it stinks to the core. The average player won’t see it but seasoned players can see through the underhanded crap that goes on.

It needs a proper standup governing body. Made up of people who know what they’re doing and talking about. There needs to be transparency for the player and not a million doors for Casinos and Providers to hide behind.

Thing is so do they, from the moment you uploaded that card originally so they KNOW you owned it. Why indeed do they need info on an old card to release a win to an updated months ago card where the money to play was deposited from and attempted to be withdrawn to on winning?
So yes of course it's a delay tactic, it's a jump through hoops until you can't anymore and give up.
I can't just waltz into a bank and get a letter to say I owned an "old card". Do these casino companies even have humans behind the veil? Or is it all AI who don't realise most banks these days only has two staff at most everything else is electronics now via self service machines. Always behind a line of elderly people if you need to see a human bank clerk!

Zero logic. That's the reason I'm so outraged! Indeed nail on the head.
Also they're asking for all of this (in attached pic) for a card I used for years no problem which they know is mine as it had to be verified years ago. I uploaded my new card in Oct after my old card was possibly hacked and my bank told me since it was due for renew next year anyway to take the new one and to cut up and dispose of the old one as well banks do . LV have allowed me to deposit and withdraw all this time with the newer card and even when I won a place in a tournament last week and it was 1000euro I was able to withdraw it. So, the other day after an incredibly lucky play I cut my losses and withdrew the three zero figure. Now this B.S!!

I dont even know where to start.
Should I go this PAB route or what? Any advice guys?

Thanks @bamberfishcake I just did the PAB thing there now as I tried multiple times to talk via the chat support and kept getting cut off (of course!) And I've sent three emails to which none have been responded to. I even uploaded the photos front and back of the old card and still have heard nothing back.
It's infuriating and tbh nothing worse for my illness than stress ... I end up giving into it and falling asleep. The medical stress is enough, add in some mental stress and it's sleepy time for me.

I hope PAB can help me.
 
If the issue is as you have explained, I think the PAB will work and you’ll get paid. Just don’t give up and try to be patient.

I am not sure if you know but you are not permitted to post on CM, whilst the PAB is in progress so don’t be tempted.
