Well after much stalling as possible my wife's Leo Vegas account finally got shut down, reason may you ask? Duplicate accounts, before you jump in let me explain first as I'm sure I mentioned this a year ago here. Okay the story goes as follows, I had an account with Leo Vegas and my wife made one aswell. All went well for a long time then suddenly both accounts got closed so we went on live chat and asked why we were told you couldn't have two people in the same address and same ip with an account each, fair enough was something we didn't know at the time. So it was agreed that I would close my account down and my wife could keep hers open after ID verification which was done and sent off and cleared. The account was fully verified. Now exactly one year later after stalling with her last withdrawal they decided only then to ask for bank cards which were sent. Bank cards are mine which the wife has my full permission to use as it's a joint bank account. Then they asked for my passport which was sent. Then they decided they would close here account down due to duplicate accounts. She did get her last withdrawal processed and should be in the bank by Wednesday buts it's annoying as hell as we both went by the book as far as we knew. On the upside she leaves Leo Vegas around 1k up over lifetime deposits.

LeoVegas have been slowly in decline as far as I could see for quite a while now, so I had little hesitation in binning them off a few months ago. Which is a shame, as they were peerless at one point in my view.

So who's laughing now, LeoVegas!

Actually, they are. I'm about £10K down lifetime there (ahem)

Don’t use the wrong card on a casino account, even if it’s coming from the same bank account. You’re gonna set fraud flags flying in their internal systems, and even though you can prove it’s a shared bank account, you’re giving them reason to deny a deposit based on the funding method, not source.

If it's a joint accout, surely she has cards in her name? Why didn't she just use hers to avoid any hassle?

I closed my LV account a few weeks back as they wouldn't change my paypal address on it.

I had troubles with LeoVegas and my bank card. They couldn't get it into their heads that Canadian banks do not issue a debit card with your name on it. If you're going to enter a country and accept players, understand the way banking works in that country. Needless to say, I gave up on them.

Oh have to add this only happened after my wife asked for a cool down so she wouldn't reverse the withdrawal.
