Leo Vegas withdrawal options questions

Hello I'm currently trying to withdraw from leovegas I used my visa to deposit and they are only giving me bank to withdraw. Support said they cannot deposit back to my visa but all other sites I play on never had a problem.


Support told me payment team will check my withdrawal and get back to me.

Has anyone else encountered this with leovegas? Is there a rep here?
