Hi All, long time no post's!

I've been playing without posting much but i want to share my experience with you guys with Leo Vegas.

I've been loyal player at Leo Vegas since they opened their door, maybe 10-12 years ago or more? I was one of their beta players.

I've been loyal player for these years with them, lost tons of tons of money, VIP level at 60+

I even helped Leo Vegas on many occasion (their former VIP manager asked me for help when they wanted to to some promo for twitch and Las Vegas trip)

Now, let me start by saying I had always trusted Leo Vegas, two month ago or less, I lost around €20.000 with terrible RTP on slots, and I asked their new VIP manager for comp as I usually do when I have really bad luck (i seems to always have there anyways) and he came back to me saying they need proof of income.

I sent them the same documents Rizk, Casumo, Betsson, etc approved, and they came back and said no, we need more, I gave them everything i can have of income in my name, neteller transactions and so on.

Then they decided to suddenly block my account out of nowhere and have now stopped response to me, I even reached out to their former VIP manager and former workers and they said they will reach out but they have not (been 3 weeks now)

All i want to say to you guys is, don't lean too much on a site, I feel completely fool to always had the mind "Be loyal, because they will be loyal back"

I'm also very disappointed that they didn't seem to care much about my contribution over the years, nothing.

Wish you guys the best of luck and stay safe!

Don't know if these guys will be able to help.

However, in general, a casino is only friendly to a player as long as there is money to be made. Not all but most. You probably have become a risk for them as it seems that your income proof did not satisfy their risk management with regards to RG and AML. So they just turn the tap off (lock account) to avoid any liability (whether that is warranted doesn't really bother them) and hope you will simply move on.

Hmm, i've just had my account blocked without any explanation. I got in touch with chat and they said there wasnt a problem with my account, so I had to do the usual clear my cache, cookies etc but still no joy. Had to send an email to their support with a reply that it would take up to 10 days to get back to me! Sounds a bit of long time to see what the problem is. I have been depositing a lot and withdrawing a lot, so there has been a lot of transactions on my account. It would be nice to know if/what the issue is with my account.

As you see, none of the rep you tagged did'nt even cared to reply to this thred..

When we play we want to have fun and win the casinos money, the Casinos only want to win our money. Expect no loyalty, because anything they give you is calculated to return them 3 times as much.

I binned off Leo Vegas about two years ago, and that was with me mulling over it for about a year.

Simply put, they once were amongst the best 'no frills' sites out there, good selection of games, fast payment, good CS.

Alas, they soon became 'just another good casino', nothing redeeming about them. Comps were infrequent even back then, but would still happen on occasion. Last I withdrew, payment speed was no real different, perhaps a tad less 'flushed' and a little more 'we'll leave that pending a tad longer'

But the notion that they're somehow loyal to their players has always been a fallacy, and with each little devolution they simply stopped being my #1 site. At one point I would have sung their praises naked from the rooftops, such was my expensive loyalty. Yet sadly this relationship was very one-sided (sob)

And don't even get me started on that dire wreck they call Loyalty Levels
