Mind you, (R)Yggdrasil isn't the only one that produces rigged slots All slots are rigged. more or less! Some just more blatant than others..
It's all pseudo-random at best, but that said, you are getting a fair game in general, and the advertised RTP's also hold up in the long run..

I personally like the Yggdrasil Games a lot, as some of 'em are really innovative, and they also throw around some nice extra cash incentives, for a third party operator, across many Casino's..
There's also the fact that most of their recent releases (since Cazino Zeppelin) have some huge potential, and they are quick, smooth and graphically pleasing.
You can't ask for much more from a slot provider, imho.

I love the 2 Viking games and Cazino Zeppelin, and i really like Golden Fish Tank, Orient Express (so far), Super Heroes and others a lot. I also think that aside from their innovations in the slots themselves, they are presenting loads of operators with a nifty tool, which allows them to grant players immediate entry into a Bonus Round: this is not unique to them, and they weren't the first, but they did 'improve' the way this was/is to be implemented. So, overall, they have a really impressive "CV" i.m.o.

On topic, like lotusch said: this isn't new, but was indeed renamed, i personally think it's because they like to do the 'themed' slots, and this was/is part of the 'Legend' series, much of which are based on fairytales and folklore from the Far East..i think 'Legend of' makes that clearer than just the title 'Monkey King', but i am not sure if this is actual the reason.

Not that important anyway, what counts is the slot itself, and i do think this is also quite nice: plenty of hit potential, loads of possible win streaks (s1 mentioned a twitch streamer, of which i think i saw a youtube vid, where he got a winning streak of like 14 minutes, with one single monkey bonus iirc) and of course great music and graphics.

Not their best release for me personally, but one that i do like p(l)aying every now and then: and that's how i think you should play most of their slots btw.: short sessions, and mostly hit and run after a top win or a streak of wins. I also recommend taking it easy with the betsizes, as they can be quite harsh.

But I have played their slots with some serious cash and every time I got torn a few new a-holes so to speak.
For example all the games that drop treasure chests within the FS have only given me stupid coin wins, you actually see the thing gimping from extra FS or a wild reel to the stupid coin win...

I just don't seem to be able to get ahead on their slots, except for Cazino Zeppelin which should be high variance like most of their slots.
Simple example, Golden Fish Tank which I played on multiple casino's and every single time I had to "invest" 400-500 Euro's before a decent win would come in.
I see these slots as the land based slots where you first have to fill the slot with money before it starts to give chunks of your investment back.

Hi mate, sure, i get what you're saying! That bolded sentence i quoted is exactly in line with what i am saying: most players, regardless of software providers will see mostly losing sessions, and the bad end of the stick.
Think of it as this: let's say for example a slot has an RTP of 90% and the TRTP reaches a full loop on 1 million spins (it doesn't exactly work like that, but's lets just assume it does for arguments sake)

In a way if one million people started playing it at the same time, there would be 900.000 losing spins: this too is incorrect mathwise, but take it as some kind of 4-year old philosophical logic
Still this is what you can expect as player..knowing there are millions of spins made whilst i am typing this, then u should realize how many losing spins are made worldwide, on each provider.

I have played hundreds of thousands of spins on their slots and I agree with your assessment completely. I like to play $1.20-$2.50 bets on all slots. You know what I play on theirs which I really dont like but I dont have a choice if I dont want to lose thousands a day. 50 cents and maximum 75 cents. once and awhile ill do my usual stakes but always always always get killed.
