Hi Laurie..............wish I could help out but both my scanner and printer have crapped out on me So I am forced to d/l to floppy, then go to Kinkos to print out form, fill it out and have them scan it back to floppy. They will also scan ID, etc. and put it on floppy so it can all be emailed. (hate the "can't read fax" casino stall-for-time excuse )

There is an alternative I use that works OK (accepted by casinos), and that is to take a digital photo in good light & close-up mode. This can then be loaded from the camera onto the computer, and attached to an Email to the casino.

Depending on the PC and fax machine set-up, it MAY be possible to "fax" the digital file directly, without the need for it to exist on paper.

If you have a REALLY old PC, it will probably have come with an internal dial-up internet modem, and this may well have software that turns it into a fax machine. My old Win 98 PC has this, but my new one does not. (I am not sure this old modem card still works - it keeps coming up with installation errors, so I removed it's drivers).
