I hit a royal flush and am trying to cash out 1200.00 USD. Yesterday they said that it was being processed.. Today I get this....

"Dear Heather,

Greetings from Main Street Vegas Group!

As a result of limitations imposed by our Payouts Service Providers, we have had to temporarily suspend payouts to customers residing in the states of Washington, Oregon, Louisiana, Iowa, Illinois and Indiana.

We are looking into solving this situation by finding alternative providers or new ways for servicing our customers. Rest assured that as soon as we can come up with a feasible solution we will resume the processing of your withdrawal request. For the time being, we have no option than leaving it on hold a little longer or you may reverse it to your account balance should you prefer.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Best Regards,

The Financial Department Team"

What Should I do now?:mad::mad:

Oh no... I hope this gets resolved. I know how you must feel. You get all excited knowing you won all this money and then to get that email... ugh... big time downer!

Myself and others had a simular thing happen with Villento and they did end up paying us eventually. Hopefully they will find a way too.

Wierd that it is a rtg casino doing this. QuickTender is having some issues going on right now with withdrawaling... I wonder if this might all be connected somehow with US wire transfers coming from anyone related to gaming industry???

I am not sure why this is happening..I only hope that this gets resolved. Wins are hard to come by for me...lol and I was super excited about this one. I believe that if a casino cannot pay out to us lucky few, who live in these "banned" states, they shouldn't be able to accept our deposits either imho.

That doesn't make a whole pile of sense since any of the other RTG casinos can manage to pay out. Main St. is accredited here, have you tried asking the rep?

I sent the rep a private message. Basically he said that I'll just have to wait. But assured me that I will be paid. Time will tell. He said that he is sorry, he cannot help me.....Oh Boy.....:eek2:

It is ultimately their responsibility to pay....no excuses. Until they can, maybe they shouldn't be accepting deposits. If they don't fix this fast there will be even less RTGs on the accredited list.

I emailed them..

"Is my payout being held up because of the ach? Can you send a check? or can you western union/ money gram or not?
I would like to get a reply...
Heather Helton"

And they replied...

"Dear Heather Helton,
Greetings from Main Street Vegas Group!
We would like to offer you our most sincere apologies for this inconvenience. The withdrawal limitations for the States previously mentioned apply to all the withdrawal options that we are currently offering. Please rest assured that
we are currently working on finding alternative withdrawal methods so we can honor your winnings as soon as possible. Once we have found a resolution for this situation, we will let you know.
Best Regards,

I'm sorry But that really doesn't help.....

I have been really getting angry about this payout issue....
At first I was upset with the casino, for taking my deposits and not paying out.
But now, realize that even though they SHOULD be making a concerted effort to make
sure their players are paid, It is the U.S. government that has to suck on this one!
It pains my a*s to know that I work and pay taxes, and cannot do with MY money as
I please, and that the casino cannot seem to find a viable payment method to get the
U.S. players their winnings, either for fear of the U.S. government confiscating the funds, or that the banks will reject the deposits. I have been playing online since 1999, and when MG decided to pull the plug way back, I quit playing thinking that it was over for the U.S. Only recently, within the last year or so, Have I started playing online again, mainly RTG casinos because those were the only ones who I thought, would occasinoally take cc deposits. I never cared for payment processors, and hardly ever won enough to cash out...LOL so I never opened an account with one, But I suppose that since QT and others are having all these issues, I'm glad I didn't. I hope that everyone who is having issues with payouts at the moment get resolution, and
I also hope the the U.S. government starts letting it's citizens make their own decisions on what they do with THEIR money. I am done ranting..for the moment.

But don't forget that these casinos act as if the simplest payment method is somehow akin to walking on Mars: Sending a check. If anyone could answer why that is such an impossibility, I'd listen intently.

Still no payout......

I am still waiting to hear something about this. I sent an email on the 22nd asking if there was any info about my withdrawal. As of today, they have not responded. I surely hope that this gets resolved soon. However, I am becoming less and less hopeful...

The feds may have been their processor (Linwood) LOL.

But all kidding aside... they may have lost their processor and have no way to send money at this time. Of course, it would help if they said what the problem is.

If you have a problem with an accredited casino, please contact the rep, then if that is unsatisfactory (no response, etc.) please feel free to read the PAB faq and let 'er rip.

Today..

Listen, I'm blonde...I'm not really sure what this means.
First it says a final solution is out of their hands... but then it says something about a payment. Does this mean that they are going to pay me soon, but that there is no further option for payouts if I were to continue to play there? Just wondering?

"Greetings from Main Street Vegas Group!

We would like to inform you that we were able to find an alternative provider to honor your winnings. Please accept our apologies, as we accept and understand that this could be a frustrating situation. We are concerned as well, since a final solution is still out of our hands, but we are working hard to put an end to this hassle. Once again, we apologize for the inconveniences.

On the other hand, back to your payment, we are currently awaiting for mass-payment file to be created and submitted for final funds release. Once this is submitted, it takes around 3-5 days to receive the final ACH transaction numbers.

Let us know if you have any other question or concern. We'll be glad to assist you.

Best regards,"

If you get paid, uninstall. This seems to be a one-off temporary solution, and they have NOT come any closer to a permanent solution.

They seem to lack creativity, because it is only a few states, not the entire country. Why can't they send a check, and you cash it in a state that has no such problems.

It seems like the authorities are "on to them", so they can't get creative because they are being too closely monitored. Another reason to steer clear.

When did you open the account? It would be interesting to find out if they still accept new (depositing) players from these states. If they accept new players this is certainly rogue behavior

I opened the account in July of 2010. Las Vegas Usa and Intertops are the only two casinos I play. I have never tried to cash out at Las Vegas USA until this time, and then I get all of these problems. I still haven't been paid, but if and when I do, I will definitely post.

Once again check by courier option is not available for players from the earlier mentioned States. Your bank will kick it.

The only way you can pull off this option is to have an address in a different state not part of the above list and a bank account opened at a branch in the same state.

Which they could only do if they were "on to them", recognising the checks as coming from a "front" company for an online casino.

What is the problem with taking a check, and using a check cashing house in a different state. This might be easier than opening a bank account in a different state.

Maybe a bigger bank that has branches in a number of states would be more willing to have someone from a different state opening an account away from home. One could argue that they have a summer residence, and a winter residence, and one is rented, thus not a fixed address each year. One would use whichever season was most suited for the occasion when asking about an account.

Here in the EU, it is common for people to have a "villa" in countries that have a better lifestyle, and accounts can easily be opened locally to service the stay abroad. It's easier because both countries are part of the EU. Some big banks have branches in many countries, making it easier still.

UIGEA was never intended to disrupt normal life, only to crack down on offshore gambling sites. If the banks get too draconian, there will be too many complaints from customers who have nothing to do with online gambling, and will be wondering why THEY are being made to suffer over something as UNIMPORTANT as UIGEA, when more important things to them are NOT being dealt with.

Glad you finally got paid!
Not dure that a check would have been a viable option for you. Even Neteller has now advised that it wont send checks to australians as they say the banks won't take them- (Of course this may just be neteller finding another way to screw players by only giving an option with high fees and charge due to fx through their card or wire at 15 a pop plus FX)

Cheers
Colly
