Hi,
Beware if as VIP players that have been switched over to new USA software.
My husband and myself were switched from Intertops to Royal Joker and then to Allslotsusa. After spending thousands with them we were locked out this morning and this was their reply. So don't waste your money with them. we will never get ours back after trusting as VIP players this would never happen. There are alot of Old Micro casinos just now sending out mailers to come back and play at their new USA software. I received 2 this past month and have successfully joined them again. With same user names.

here was my reply when questioning them:

Dear Shirley,

Thank you for contacting the All Slots USA regarding your account.

We show that your account was locked by the system since it shows you are in
an excluded state and due to US gaming regulations, players residing in the
following states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada,
New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin,
are not permitted to play the casino.
For more information, you are welcome to visit the following site:

very best of luck in the future.

Best Regards,

So, how come these excluded states are DIFFERENT depending upon which USA facing MGS variant is being used. AllSlots ban you for being in an excluded state, yet the rest are asking you to come back to them, yet you are STILL in the same "excluded state" as you were with AllSlots.

Since this new software is NOT MGS (THEIR words, not mine), how come MGS have ANY say at all in which states are "banned". As far as MGS themselves are concerned the whole COUNTRY is a "banned state", which is why they pulled out and licenced some of the games to other operators prepared to run the risk of UIGEA and take over the MGS US players.

allslots sucks

Yesterday I made a deposit @ allslots & played. this morning I attempted to login & got a message stating "account is locked".
I sent an email. I waited several hours & received no reply. I phoned them & they advised I live in a banned state. Well ,I have lived in NYC virtually all of my life. First it was Inertops, then Roal Joker, then allslots. All of them accepted nyc players until now.

What idiots! I am furious about being screwed over by them. Bad enough they did not have any of the new games or progressives. They were so totally indifferent when I phoned them. Then theu advised since my balance was under usd200 they could not send me a check. I must use quicktender/use my wallet. BTW I have nevr used this method. So I now suppose itg will take weeks or months to have my tiny balance returned to me.

I do believe this leaves me with absolutely no MG sites that accept NY players.

I wish I did not enjoy the games so much.

The end result allsots sucks

I live in Illinois and got locked out as well. They were so tight anyway, I think I might be saving money by not playing there in the long run.

The real question is, when will the RTG and other casinos lock us out as well?

THANKS..now i know y i am locked out.....still havr rich reels , vallinto

Hi All

I am truly amazed it took so long for you all to get locked out, because I was locked out until I sent my documents showing I now lived in FL and no longer in NJ, I was locked out like immediately. So sorry to the folks locked out. I hope this passes us quickly in USA, but if the others gets in forget about the law passing for legalised gambling be passed, they feel they can rule our lives, sorry whoever are with the others ;), but that's the facts. IMO

pevangel:)

Well I see I am not the only
In all due respect to Intertops, they had nothing to do with this and are currently investigating this at the moment. I still get #1 support from them and if it was'nt for the RTG software I would play there all the TIME. That I find is refreshing that they would do that. I cannot get that kind of support at ANY others that I have played at since. Maybe I just need to warm up more to RTG software because I know they would always take care of us
I don't know much about Villento. They did close my account immedialtely after the laws changed because I did'nt play there enough. I'm guessing this is all just Allslots and their own managements decisions and has nothing to do with any other USA microplatform casinos.
My only problem with this is why did they take our accounts over knowing full well where we lived and why let us spend soo much money and then close them? Strategic move I think? Odds are after that much money etc... Alot of big winners they won't have to pay.............
Thanks for the replies. I felt all alone and sorry this happened to soo many of us :eek2:

Saw this thread and just thought I would mention that I was locked out of the Intertops MG casino and poker client back before they switched to RTG and Cake. I received the banned state message also because the MG system was showing that my IP address was in Louisiana... even though I was actually (and have always been) in Northern Arkansas. I contacted Intertops and sent them a current address verification and they fixed the problem immediately by directing me to a patch to override the MG blocker software. Thereafter, I have had no problems at all logging into Royal Joker and then AllSlotsUSA. It is very strange though that this US-facing casino with the faux MG software (which MG claims no association with) would still be using the MG IP-blocking software.

I agree with Ciara about Intertops, though... I have been playing with them from the time their sportsbook first went on-line in the mid-90s and have always received outstanding customer service. I'm not a huge of RTG either, nor the Cake poker client for that matter, but I know they are doing their best to accomodate U.S. players and I trust them more than any other gaming company.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
All Slots USA Casino does not accept new account registrations from United States residents.
Should you manage to register, deposit and play please note that ALL your winnings and deposits will be voided.
Due to US gaming regulations, players residing in the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin, are not permitted to play the casino.

2.3 Participation in the Casino and/or the downloading of any software connected thereto on a computer or any other device is strictly limited to persons 18 years of age and older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We reserve the right at any time to request that you furnish us with proof of your identity and age as a condition precedent to allow you further participation in the Casino. We may cancel a user's account and exclude a user from using the Casino if proof of age is not provided, or if we suspect that a user playing and/or utilizing the Casino in any manner is underage.
2.4 Any and all play by an ineligible person, as determined in accordance with the provisions under this Agreement by us, in our sole discretion, shall be voided, including any winnings accruing to any ineligible person.

This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for purposes of this Agreement a “relative” includes, without limitation, any spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

Too bad there isn't a rep here for this casino (although, I don't think it's been establish who owns this yet (?)). I'd like to know why, all US players were sent to these US clones, allowed to play, and now are finding themselves locked out.

It has been my observation

Illinois has long been banned by Microgaming. I would ask for all my deposits back. Every deposit you have made since they banned Illinois.

That is only fair, your deposits shouldn't have been accepted.

Right?

If they won't return your deposits, dispute with your charge card/debit card company even if through an ewallet.

You will likely lose your ewallet account if your deposited via your credit/debit card through them and then deposited via your ewallet account to the casino.

but you will get your money back by your bank.

I would first tell the casino(s) of your plan and hopefully they will refund your card or ewallet.

Thats what I would do.

It is the only fair thing and you have a right to your money back.

Those states have been excluded due to their own state laws against gambling and have been since the gambling bill was voted in which is what 2 years now?or is it 3. It's just that no ones been paying attention so the casinos loosened it up only to have to tighten it back up again I guess.
