Hi. Laromere casino no payment me 100 euros....

This casino is no reason blocked my account and refuse to pay 100 euros. They came up with the children's cause. Due to the fact that I use the plugin ZenMate to bypass blockages in the casino, for some reason they decided to block me.
In my first life with the cause of blocked account. I play in many reputable casinos and never-before-I did not block for the use of plug-ZenMate. It's silly really. How to solve this problem?
Im sorry my English bad...

You have been mislead by ZenMate. It pretends to be an "internet security package", but it's really a hybrid VPN, and casinos HATE VPN use. Further, if you have used it to play at the casino when you are not supposed to due to your location, you have used it not as a "security package", but as a full blown VPN to enable you to break the terms of use that the software would otherwise protect you from breaking. You are not "accidentally" using it either.

What is MORE surprising is that the other casinos haven't reacted to your use of the ZenMate hybrid VPN. You have been very lucky until now, rather than unlucky with LaRomere.

I use it because my ISP is blocking access to the casino. Any more questions? Locking an account is absolutely unfounded.
I 32red, BetAt, Bet365, Betfair, Betway, Redbet, Allslots and so on. I play with the plugin! Never I have no problem, because they know that ISPs block access to the casino. And how else to get access to the casino, you can explain to me?
32 red once asked why I'm from another country, I clearly explained to all of them and never had any problems.

Without exception, all Russian players use plug-ins, it's any casino should be clear.

If I had lost their deposits in the casino Laromere. How do you think they would have said a word about the plugin? I am 100% answer that no !!! This casino is trash, they are many unresolved complaints, it is not in the plugin I used.

Clearly, you are not allowed to access the casino, so bypassing this can lead to problems such as this.

Casinos cannot "know" whether or not a particular ISP blocks a casino unless someone tells them. Unless you told these others in advance, but not LaRomere, it seems odd that they see a VPN connection coming in, and just turn a blind eye. A casino would ONLY allow something like this by prior arrangement with a player that has been properly verified, and in whom they trust.

They during checkout I asked an explanation. I'm well and clearly explained, but they decided not to pay me and blocked.

Where to file a complaint on this forum who is involved?

I have never seen or heard of them and I don't recall seeing a rep. from that casino but you can always try a PAB, which is Casinomeisters dispute resolution service, see FAQ here; https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/pab-rules/ and make sure you read, understand and abide by all the procedures. From what you have told so far you are clearly in the wrong so I would not hold out much hope for it to succeed as you were using a VPN which is against the rules of virtually any online casino.

Also note that just because some casinos let you 'get away' with something they are by no means required to, and it doesn't matter if you get angry with them or not.

I will give you a fair warning if you decide to go the PAB route it would be best to address the administration in the way you would if you want someone to help you.

They don't even have a proper gambling license, not even a useless LGA one (I have been through their site and terms, and there is no mention of a regulatory jurisdiction). All they will give is the address of their processor, which is in Cyprus, one place that has an even worse reputation than Malta in terms of regulation.

A registered company address for their processor is no substitute for a proper gambling license, especially as it's probably not even their real address, merely a "drop box" in some office.

you know, I find that bigger casinos with more traffic such as the ones you are naming are less careful with their security checks. Smaller casinos have limited cash-flow and will manually check every single withdrawal request and stop payments to clients that seem to be "less promising" or suspicious. You might also want to read through their terms and conditions, some casino have a list of black listed countries and if you reside in one of those they reserve the right to void winnings or lock accounts.

Spoke with Laromere today on behalf of the OP.

It is my understanding that his deposit has been refunded as the Casino (Laromere) were concerned by the number of IP changes during his sessions. IPs from UK, Switzerland and Russia were used.

I have also passed concerns from other posts on this thread regarding their licence and complaints procedure - was assured senior management would be informed.

He admits to using a plugin to bypass geographic blocking in any case, so this will be why his IP address keeps moving around so much. Effectively, it's a VPN, even though it's described somewhat differently by the vendor. If he hasn't been called out on this by other casinos, he has been very lucky indeed.

If he is blocked from accessing the casino by his government, it's because as far as they are concerned it's illegal for him to play there, whether or not the casino accepts players from Russia.

Unless casinos are prepared to accept that VPNs may have to be used in order to bypass government attempts to block their citizens from playing, casinos will have to accept that the increasing use of such techniques to enforce local laws will mean that customers of some of their markets will be unable to play, no matter whether or not the casino lets them. US facing casinos have already accepted that if they want their customers to be able to work around their governments measures, they have to make compromises over their strict security policies, which in the case of the US is mostly the transactions, although it would seem that site blocking is starting to be employed even there.
