Landmark bingo nightmare!

Hi there, I joined the site landmark bingo back last year and really enjoyed the site especially after winning money whoop! That's where my nightmares began ... I pressed the withdrawal button and waited on my withdrawal reaching my account. Instead I received an email stating that I hadn't met their wagering requirements (at this point I hadn't used any bonus) which confused me as their shouldn't have been any wagering requirements if I was using my own money?? My withdrawal request was for £600. After emails back and forth I lost the head and used the £600 since they were clearly not going to withdraw it to my bank - this went on for a few months and I repeatedly tried withdrawing money to be told that it wasn't possible or just blatantly ignored!! I in the end made a final attempt to withdraw £450 and this time got an email to say "unfortunately we can't approve (hold) your withdrawal as you've got multiple accounts from your IP address. I will suggest to you to close all other account then we will process your withdrawal." What a complete joke, I only ever had one account and this site have just completely taken the p### out of me!!! I tried to find details for their regulator so that I could make an official complaint as in my eyes they've robbed me blind!! Couldn't find a thing and their chat reps despite constant live chats and emails will not disclose those details!! Is Landmark bingo a scam site??? Has anyone managed to withdraw any money from them?

Ok so I've just completed the PAB form not sure if it went through tho ... How will I know??

Sorry to say this but ... haven't read the PAB FAQ have you? if you had you'd know that I send confirmation emails within a day or two, sometimes a bit later if we're on the road, vacations, Christmas break, etc.

Ya gotta read the FAQ (link in my sig). If you don't you'll end up pissing me off, and you'll waste a lot of your time and mine. Don't delay, read the FAQ today! :thumbsup:

Ha Nifty you are so funny!! Yes I did read but I was just wondering how to check it had defo been sent as I didn't get a message - turns out I took too long writing it so it didn't go through first time - it's sorted now tho I messaged Max and have resent it and got a message this time saying it had gone through so all good :-)

ok this is going to be my first post here so hellp every one
Landmark Bingo is part of the Livebingonetwork and includes round about 7-8 websites.
When i joined in i had the same problem (Believe it or not), they told me i hadn't wagered and then i wagered it and then was told i had multiple accounts. I was shocked as i only had one account on the website but turns out i did open another account on one of their sister sites a year ago or so. Then i emailed the support asking them to close all the accounts as i dont know what emails i used to open them so cant send an email from those accounts. After they sorted that then i got an email asking for ID and then after 3 weeks it was finally approved and arrived in the account. After that first time though i have made atleast 30-40 withdrawals mainly because only 1 withdrawal per seven day rule. Now after you accept the bonus it doesnt matter whether you use it or not you have to wager it 10x on slots or 4x on bingo. Also remember they used to pay only max 250/week but now pay 300/week. So again if you had read their rules you would have known, the trick is request them to close the accounts and then keep emailing supprt and account and manager atleast once a day and you will have your money. Me personally have not had any problem ever since the first withdrawal
