Hi there, I joined the site landmark bingo back last year and really enjoyed the site especially after winning money whoop! That's where my nightmares began ... I pressed the withdrawal button and waited on my withdrawal reaching my account. Instead I received an email stating that I hadn't met their wagering requirements (at this point I hadn't used any bonus) which confused me as their shouldn't have been any wagering requirements if I was using my own money?? My withdrawal request was for £600. After emails back and forth I lost the head and used the £600 since they were clearly not going to withdraw it to my bank - this went on for a few months and I repeatedly tried withdrawing money to be told that it wasn't possible or just blatantly ignored!! I in the end made a final attempt to withdraw £450 and this time got an email to say "unfortunately we can't approve (hold) your withdrawal as you've got multiple accounts from your IP address. I will suggest to you to close all other account then we will process your withdrawal." What a complete joke, I only ever had one account and this site have just completely taken the p### out of me!!! I tried to find details for their regulator so that I could make an official complaint as in my eyes they've robbed me blind!! Couldn't find a thing and their chat reps despite constant live chats and emails will not disclose those details!! Is Landmark bingo a scam site??? Has anyone managed to withdraw any money from them?
