New Review Lady Hammer Casino

I had a pretty shitty experience at this casino , I took up the free spin no deposit offer that the good old Casinomeister offers on the sites main page , wagered the bonus , sent docs then got the typical stalling and delaying tactics thrown at me asking me to do ridiculous things like take selfies of myself with my id card , a written A4 piece of paper stating " hello lady hammer my name is ... " which I did even though I was completely infuriated by now , long story short i reversed the withdrawal and played it back which I know happens but what is still grilling me is that the mongrels have still not fully verified my account not that I will be playing there ever again anyway
er..might be a valid complaint
i think mongrels is well out of line
Vitali is in here...often...to bring up concerns to, in a sufficiently polite manner

I agree, I should be furious too. It sounds like they have this as a norm and not just when they suspect that you're a fraudster.

Now how does it work @homerbert

Hey Cnichas!

Can you kindly send me your username or email in casino and I will check?

@Tirilej - no, it was never a tactic, and never will be a tactic in my team. In others - maybe. But I'm against such practices (but stated verification procedure sometimes applied to some sort of customers).

So to give detailed feedback - let's wait a bit once I will grab required info.

Br,

Vitali

no problem the registered email address is xxx Im not sure of the username , I tried to log in now to check and got my account locked but don't rush into unlocking it as i really am not keen to play after such a shitty experience
always a bad idea to publicly post emails v pming them
your call, your addy, of course

Okie, I've checked everything.

So, step by step:

Recently we had a lot of customers from SA who registered only to claim no deposit freespins and never made any other activity.

Recently you from SA sign-up and won (but apart from other group of customers by some signs it is possible to say that ur genuine customer(I'll not share by which to not make life easier for abusers)).

Team requested regular verification package for customers who
a) Won from no deposit freespins / bonus
b) From potential group of abusers

It's exactly when a+b match - we request selfie, selfie with ID, selfie with ID and note 'hi casino'.

Is this rogue practice? No. If this good practice? No. Should we change it? I do not think so. I can't make life easier for persons who thought they can create 500 accounts in my casino and trying to abuse me.

I'm really sorry that it happened with you mate, seriously. I feel your pain.

Withdrawal amount fully reinstated and account verified. In future you will not be requested anything.

BR,

Vitali

Hi friend. Quite a good casino, played with you not so long ago. But just kill me, the name of the casino cannot be called Lady.
Will there be promotions for the forum?

Hey mate!

Well, no worries, I will not kill you. Christina - maybe :D

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Christina is a co-owner of casino, our media star and promoter. Therefore we have such name :)

Re promos at forum - I thought it is only for accredited brands?

I'm not certain that's true - just that you need to submit any promotion for Bryan's approval.
There's certainly no hurting in the asking.

Oh wow.
I thought the name was thought up just like that, but it turns out not.
Ask Bryan or Jelena may be allowed to do something, the New Year is still soon.

Thank you , I really appreciate the fact that you looked into this and I didn't expect the money back as I did reverse it and played it back but this good will gesture of yours is very generous and again I thank bud :cheers:

*shrugs
BTG runs promotions and they arent in and of itself, accredited, rather, they have a rep.
But like mentioned, best bet is to approach Bryan. Worst is he says no, best is he says yes...no harm in finding out

I just want to add I am not part of any group and did not win on any no deposit bonuses. I had two casinos from this provider demand a selfie and write stuff on a piece of paper and sign and date it. One after I was already verified to stall on payouts. The other after I complied they didnt accept my selfie because I didnt date the page after being forced to write "hi I play at such and such casino"

Sorry but if we are all being honest here. This is a very common practice from Direx NV casinos.

You seem like a genuine and helpful rep Homer and can sniff out tactics like the rest of us. Maybe you could suggest to these groups of casinos they stop doing this to people, its over the top and frustrating and they get to claim some made up stuff like we part of a group of bonus abusers. And I think you can admit its common since we are seeing the same issue over and over.

Or simply have it in your terms that part of the ID verification is to hold up a selfie and write on paper while holding your license. Then we have the choice whether we want to put up with that.

I think the last part actually is in the terms already. Maybe not in all of them but I know at least in a couple.

Hey LockInLove!

Never say sorry for being honest :)

I can't agree this is common practice from our group of casinos. But most casinos have different CS teams, different payout teams, and basically - I can't speak from everyone. Like I said - in my team this rule applied only for customers who we suspect abusing sign-up bonuses.

I believe you already named casinos, but if everyone will send me their emails and casinos where they received such service - I will be happy to review and warn each operator. In the end - I have rights to do so, and in the end - it will make world better.

On a small side note - even asking such docs, I believe Direx N.V. if not fastest, but one of the most fastest paying group of casinos (and again, likely apart of few brands...).

Yeah I am not doing a hit job on the group.I dont think they are rogue or rip people off. I actually broke the terms at loki casino. Max bet on a bonus is $1.5 which is awful but I missed that part and did some $1.8 bets. Support warned me about it but let me have my $400 cashout when alot of casinos would use that against you.

And yes anytime I have been paid has usually been within 4 hours which is better than most casinos.

Just wanted to point out some positive experiences too so it doesnt seem like im coming after them but I do feel asking legit customers for selfies, written papers etc is a bit invasive. So hopefully it will be written in all the terms if its a common practice.

Sorry homerbert, but i dont think getting his details is going to sort this out.

As i said it happened to me too, at 2 Direx places i tried to verify myself recently and its obvious its a norm now. And i also checked, there is nothing about it in their rules either, so basically its a made up rule by some direx casinos. As i can see im not the only one and its happening to bunch of other people, and such a ridiculous verification system is nowhere to be seen except at direx sites.

I already said it in one of my previous direx related posts, it was the most horrible verification procedure ever and it really makes you feel they are doing it so you give up and reverse your cashout.

Thats why i dont actually play at direx sites often anymore, despite their casinos having tons of games and super quick cashouts. Verification process is a nightmare. I've been playing onle for almost decade now, and i never had to do anything like that to verify myself, anywhere else.

Btw its not even on your profile page, under requested documents. If you try to verify yourself prior to cashing out, you cant even possibly know you are going to need those ridiculous selfies with date, or live chat or whatever they might come up with at that moment. So its basically a made up rule just to annoy players. Either that or Curacao license makes it mandatory to verify yourself with a selfie now? Which one it is?

Documents
Documents necessary to speed up your withdrawal:

  • Proof of Identity: Passport, Driving License or official Government issued ID card.
  • Proof of Address: Utility bill, phone bill or bank statement displaying your name and address in full.
  • Proof of Deposit: Screenshot or photo from online bank, bank statement, Skrill page, etc. showing the deposit.
You will also have to submit documents to verify your Deposit and/or Withdrawal methods depending on the chosen method. Please check below information on the methods you have used to find out what you need to send:

  • If using Neteller or Skrill: Screenshot of profile page on Neteller or Skrill showing profile with postal address visible.
  • If using Credit Card: Front and Back of card used to deposit, with middle 8 numbers and CVC/CVV covered.
  • If using Bank withdrawal: Bank statement dated within the last 90 days showing full name and address.
Please note that we do our best to verify your documents as soon as possible. With that being said, documents are normally verified upon you requesting a withdrawal.

So its not actually possible to completely verify yourself before you make cashout.

on N1 casino which is in baptism by fire, its in their T&C's...that they might ask for a selfie etc ...

Hey Theapple!

We do not write in terms in conditions what documents we can request just because it is depends on what's going on. More than this, did you saw many MGA casinos who state in terms that they can make skype verification with you? And on such video call you will need to show your ID? At different angles? And yes - according to MGA I can:
a) Request such verification from you
b) I should not write down it in the terms.

But you arised good point here - is this player friendly to not show all verification documents which possibly can be requested. And if you honestly ask me - I'll tell yes. Because:

a) While 'in theory' what you wrote is truth, on practice - you can always ask CS - I've submitted X,Z,Y docs, please verify? Is this enough? Is there is anything required from me?

b) Because we have some things in the terms, and believe or not - for like 80% of customers it is always surprise like 'Oh, you really had it in the terms?!'.

It's more about doing good business and be friendly, and less about ' hey , I have 999 lawyers in my casino, we have perfect terms and conditions. All withdrawals are pending for 666 hours'.

At least I think so :)

Hope I clarified some points for you, if no - always ask.

Br,

Br,

i get what you are saying but trust me when i say this, your verification process is driving players away. One of your casinos asked me to make a selfie with my ID (passport) in my hand, next to my face and their live chat in background. You have no idea how crappy pictures end up being if taken with my selfie camera and it took me literally 50 pics just to have one that doesnt look like it was taken from Nokia 3310.

At one point i was about to give up, not because im not... me, but because its such a tedious and ridiculous process and it made me feel like idiot for playing there. I dont want to play at places where i feel like idiot, so naturally i havent played there since.

Long story short, i finished my verification, cashed out and never looked back and i dont plan to.

If other casinos are able to survive without ridiculous procedures like that one (and obviously they can, as i was only asked from direx to do such a thing), im sure you guys would be fine too.

I dont know what T&C says about selfies in other casinos, because i never actually had to read about it. I was never asked to make a selfie with A4 saying "OMG DIREX YOU ARE THE BEST", or live chat in background by other casino group so i really have no idea if its in their T&C or not.

I understand your point, I swear!

And you can't imagine how many talks I had with my guys, how many times I was really mad about such requests to customers...In past it was often, nowadays - they rarely ask such things and only when it is really needed.

But I can be responsible for my guys only, not about someone else. Like I said - I'm happy to get details of each such case and investigate it. It should help in the end, but it requires some help from YOU guys.

On another hand - it makes competition. If casino A in our groups destroy your brains with docs requests, and casino B not - you will pick B. In the end it is business :)

Hope this helps, and yes - thank you very much, you asking and telling really good things and help us to be better. I always appreciate such things.

Br,

V.

On the flip side, I don't know if it's common place or just my experience, once you've been approved and cashed out at one or two direx sites, approval at the rest is a breeze.

I've never had to deal with some of the more over-the-top verification practices and certainly don't envy those who have, but I did notice that it seems once you're on the books as a verified player approval at other sites seems to be just a smile and nod procedure.

The UKGC license is a piece of paper who created some clever businessman in 2005 in the UK to make money! There are many trusted European online casinos without UKGC licenses who even not looking to apply for it. Many of them almost instantly process withdrawals and offer no withdrawal limits or high enough for high-roller. In this game is all about the owner who owns and runs the casino, not the gambling license!
Any regular casino player needs a casino with the fast verification process, fast withdrawals and helpful support service which many UK's casinos can't even provide! Personally, I would rather choose a casino which can for 100% provide me with this minimal set than concentrating on the specific license!

From my personal gambling experience, I used to come across the UK's online casinos which were an absolute joke! In one them the player's verification process took 17 days (very likely) because of the large pending amount. As it was obvious to me- they were unable to pay it and were expecting me to reverse it and lose it.... And when they saw that on my account is only £2K left they decided to send me an email that account is fully verified and I can make a withdrawal! In addition, their live chat was slow, not helpful, not concentrated on my problem but busy with something else because it seemed like they were serving customers on other lines. In addition, the live chat was working Monday - Friday and only in certain hours.

I will not name the casino because that loss was my own mistake too, I should have cut the i-net cables off and wait until I get paid.

To choose a good "player friendly" casino the jurisdiction of their license is important but not the most important one!

Many/most Direx casinos accept bitcoin which prior to a few days could be converted to EUR. This opens them up a ton of fraud and multiple accounts, so the selfie with ID is one of the easiest ways to solve this issue, and much better and easier than a Skype call. Not calling your play fraudulent in any way either, but the net for fraudulent play may be wider at some casinos because of the BTC acceptance. As of now, there is no processor for this BTC to EUR function so there may be a reduction to ask players for this for KYC. Other casinos do use this method. most often as a selfie with live chat in the background in my experience.

Just wanted to give @homerbert a shoutout, we have had disagreements in the past but I can repeatedly see you really doing your best to help players and build a good reputation. Any good relationship we can create between this forum, the players, and the casinos, only benefits everyone. I apologize for any animosity or inflammatory comments you have may have received from me or anyone when first becoming active on the forum. Wish you a speedy accreditation

Hey mate!

I'm completely agree with you, in short statement is 'reputation is much more important than any license' is something with what I will sign. And basically it is something with what I have war with dunover :) Hopefully, at meister meeting I will be able to prove him something :D Or we can make a rap battle with him, can be fun too :)

But basically it is two sided coin, when you on UKGC/MGA - it is harder to trick customer than on Curacao. No doubts. At same time - if you want and really trying to trick customer - I do not think any license can really protect you. Reputation and good intensions - this is what must be always appreciated by any customer.

Hey buddy!

Thank you very much, and from my side I also want to say sorry if by any means you thought my PM's was rude or angry. Wish you luck at anything you do!

Please refrain from using offensive terms like the above. Yes, you may have a valid issue here, but there's a way to go about it other than being insulting. All you needed to do there was use the word 'casino'. Not cool at all.

no problem the registered email address is *****@**** Im not sure of the username , I tried to log in now to check and got my account locked but don't rush into unlocking it as i really am not keen to play after such a shitty experience

cnichas - I have removed the e-mail address. It's a public forum, so don't please!

My apologies for coming across as rude and I take back my 'Mongrels' comment which was uncalled for and not like me
aside from that hope you all having a good weekend and thanks for taking my addy off the one post :)

bump...ish. Its NOT related to ladyhammer casino but its another direx casino that has this "promo" today.

Its part of their xmas calendar and its been there all day long. Why and how is this allowed? I know its curacao but seriously... ? 135% rtp promotion? I dont want to be that guy but id really like to hear explanation for this promo... sort of promo. idk how to classify this tbh.

IF they made it so slot runs at 135% rtp for a day, fine. But that would be pretty... suicidal, no? So id like to know whats going on there :o

Wow, yeah I'd like to get some sort of explanation on this too. Live support says the RTP is not 135% in demo mode, I'll give it a try if I can get ahold of some BTC to play it in real play before the promo ends

I posted that in another thread and I also spoke to support and they said they had them change it today. Ill give them a chance to explain but we have been told over and over again in order for rtp to be changed they must apply for it, re-apply for a license, gaming commission approval etc. Surely they didnt go through all that in one day or even prior to this for one silly day for one silly game??

Lucky Sweets is a Bgaming slot which is made by SoftSwiss(Direx) so I'm not sure who they even apply to for a license/commission approval. Also they have a curacao license so no idea what sort of approval/auditing process goes on to ensure the RTP is correct. If they did need approval and reapplication for all these changes, there is no way they did all that for a 24 hr promo. Maybe my understanding of RTP is wrong, but surely a slot with an RTP of 135% would cause a massive dent in the casino's pocket?

Not really considering we have also been told RTP wont hit its number for billions of spins. So in reality you can do 100 spins and still lose $80 on $1 spins quite easily. Same reason when we are on 96% rtp slot and you do 100 spins on $1 and can lose $70-$80 quite easily.

It means nothing and is quite a dangerous promo in the first place. I would never deposit to just play that slot..I would only use it right now if I was trying to wager through a bonus I got a decent hit on.

bump...ish. Its NOT related to ladyhammer casino but its another direx casino that has this "promo" today.

Hey Theapple!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention (while it is not correct thread maybe - still thanks).

1) Bgaming have license basically, and will have even more in the near future (SGA).

2) There is no way (I mean ABSOLUTELY) no way for any operator (and even us - Direx) to change any RTP settings. I think it is obvious.

Basically it is just completely misleading advertising which is just bad. Really bad and I really angry myself and unhappy.

Operator will be issued warning today, thanks and sorry.

cheers mate. For what its worth, i didnt take that "offer" and decided to play at another direx casino. Managed to make cashout around 2am my time, and got paid at like 3 or 4 am, so please dont ever change that :)

during the day im already used to getting paid in 5-15 mins from direx casinos, but i really didnt expect them to process cashouts that quickly at 3am :P

Thank you for clearing it up @homerbert

For anyone perusing the thread, this was not advertised at LadyHammer/N1 but another Direx operator. Seems like they were advertising the RTP on that slot for the past day, week, month or whatever but did so in a misleading way. Especially since this advent calendar is advertised as some sort of bonus/promo each day but there was no bonus/promo for the 135% RTP advertisement, it was a "hint" to which slot was "hot." Have had good experiences with them in the past so strange to see something like this from 7bit, hopefully just a one off thing.

I didnt take the offer either. But this promo was bad, really really bad. They suckered people to deposit and play this game for sure. I think they should go through the entire history of people who deposited and went directly to play this game a refund. Sounds like alot of work but thats what happens when you lie and attempt to fraud people with completely false advertising. It was on their Christmas Calendar for the 20th of December for crying out loud!

And I can go back and get my chat where even one of the reps when asked about it, confirmed the slot rtp was increased specifically for this day. Here got it. So in essence when players are asking, they are telling them that the specific game is in fact 135% for that day.

So its one of two things. They did change the rtp for that day and slots do not need any kind of re-licensing to do so or its false advertising to entice deposits. I am not sure if one is worse to be honest.

@Casinomeister I dont know if this should be split from this thread since it wasnt lady hammer but 7bit casino. And I think its pretty serious a casino was advertising they put a slot rtp at 135% for the day to get deposits when in fact that isnt true.

Hey Lockinlove.

Who is Robert Rodgers? I will bring all my power and HATE to this person if it is worker of any direx casino.

I can confirm and bet all my reputation that:

a) All brands with bgaming run with the same RTP
b) No one at Direx can change Bgaming RTP

It's just CRAZY. Pls, post details or PM details. It is case for SERIOUS investigation, and to be completely honest, if it is by operator employee - it is not just about issuing warning.

Hey

It was a chat agent on 7bit casino. Thats a screenshot of my conversation with the casino after I saw that promo and was asking questions about how they can make a slot on 135% rtp

Well Lockinlove, I have to say that this is the most bizarre and ridiculous combination of advert, promo and Customer Agent BS I have ever seen. It goes beyond the ludicrous and just about everything is wrong.
Misleading, downright impossible and the worst aspect is that this provides not just fuel but a bloody great nuke to the foil hatters! It will be seen as ultimate proof casinos all over can rig slots and thus damages the whole industry.
It also serves to exacerbate mistrust regarding cup-o-cocoa casinos and this kind of thing (I know it's not Lady Hammer Viktor!) sets back the good work others are trying to do with this licence. I can see why Viktor is fuming; I cannot decide whether to laugh or cry in despair.

If the CS agent gets the boot, he's a must for a Viks casino live streamer lol...

Hiya!

No worries guys, they will get their portion of 'exposure'. Both me and friends from Bgaming are completely not happy with such shit.

Sorry, but like I said - actions will be made. And thanks once again.

V.
