Support Complaint lack of dealing with complaint

hi has anyone ever had this problem,i have been a member of golden tiger casino (part of casino rewards) for about 8 years,never had a problem till about 6 weeks ago when I opened golden tiger pressed connect golden tiger vanished and cosmo casino popped up so I thought golden tiger had changed it still showed my account number when I pressed connect it said wrong password.so I went and closed it and unstalled casino..then reinstalled golden tiger same thing happened again.so went onto live chat through web page and after about 1 hour and being cut off and having to keep repeating myself over and over I gave up and sent e mail with the details,after a week they sent me new password and said use this so reinstalled golden tiger used new password and same thing happened again.let them know again by email they sent reply back askins for screen shots,so I sent a video of my computer opening golden tiger pressing connect and screen changing to cosmo casino.after more waiting got reply that video and screen shots as they are blurry.replied back they are not blurry my end that was on 1/10/2018 since then they have not corresponded at all aprt from emails saying bonus this and I sent them reply asking why if I cannot log in whats the point.at one stage I was told by live chat that cosmos is part of casino rewards,when I googled it I could not see any connection.sorry for long message I just wanted a rant and to see if anyone has any ideas as it seems casino rewards don't.

ok but why is it changing from golden tiger to cosmo on my screen and if its part of casino rewards they should tell me why passwords are not working,and I have checked golden tiger web page and theres no mention of it saying no longer working?
 
I play on casino rewards and cosmo casino is def part of their group
I've been working with Casino Rewards for more than a decade - and I've never heard of Cosmo Casino before :eek:
However, I just looked in the affiliate back-end and it IS there!
Must be a relatively new brand.

But when I tried to visit the Cosmo website, it automatically switched to Luxury Casino, which is another a CR brand.
I have no idea what is going on here! :what:

i just tried it and it on PC, it also leads to cosmo :p

not sure if its new or not but under their bonus terms it says last change was

havent heard of it before either but then again theres too many of cr casinos so... :)
 
sent another email to support yesterday asking why no reply for ten days and as cosmo is part of casino rewards why not ask them what is going on and how are they doing it,and I want my golden tiger back which does not have a stupid restriction on withdrawals,plus I don't like people forcing something on me when I never asked for it,plus if I download golden tiger that's the casino I want too play not for it to change on its own.

the people at customer support seem to be of the same opinion,and because they don't know what to do they just seem to have given up.10 days and not one reply from then except there is a bonus £50 in my golden tiger account which I cannot play are they having a laugh.
 
Renee got this problem solved in 22 hours great job,it seems my account was flagged in error to transfer to cosmo casino(dont know why).but customer support hang your heads in shame 5/6 weeks and you did not find diddly squat and even stopped replying,thats not what i would call customer service.once again thank you Renee.
