She never dodges a call or question, I've had minor issues over the years and she always gives me updates propmptly, even if the updates aren't good.

Not a CWG cheerleader or paid endorser, just think we as a group need to recognize good service with as much enthusiasm as poor service.

Yes Karolina has filled in for Tom perfectly. She is on top of things immediately.

Both Karolina and Tom are really good,no matter they problem or issue they respond promptly and appropriately, sometimes in our favor, sometimes not but they are totally honest and no bullshit and very helpful. Any issue i ever have I also bring up to them because I know they are not going to beat around the bush. They value their customer base as well as customer service.
