<div class="bbWrapper">Both Karolina and Tom are really good,no matter they problem or issue they respond promptly and appropriately, sometimes in our favor, sometimes not but they are totally honest and no bullshit and very helpful. Any issue i ever have I also bring up to them because I know they are not going to beat around the bush. They value their customer base as well as customer service.</div>
