Kingbilly delaying payments

Hey just wanted to see if anyone else has issues with kingbilly and getting your winnings. I had a withdrawal first one last week received in my bank with 5 hours. Now I have had one sitting since Saturday in pending for 6k aud and they are saying it was sent on Saturday but if this is the case it wouldve have been processed by my bank already. I have contacted chat and they dont really seem to care and it is a blanket reply. Completely unprofessional in my opinion

I think you should get your money tomorrow because it was sent on Saturday you would've had to wait 2 working days. I also play at King Billy and never had problems with cash out.
