They advertise on their front page that you can be sure that you get your withdrawals in couple hours.
Well... Ive been waiting and waiting and when i asked about this they said it can take up to 72hours...

Is this really allowed advertising from mga licensed casino ?

Well make no mistake Bitcoincasino.io did the same and I called them out.
They take on average 30 minutes and I told them shhiitt about this below. As I expected my money to be in my account in less than 5, however They said they try to make 5, but I had 3 withdrawals and the quickest was 17 minutes.

They put my withdrawal back in my account less than an hour after initiating it, asking for verification. I sent in my stuff, and had confirmation they were received on the 31. of October. Still nothing. Not a peep. Account still not verified. Was only a 100 euro or so, so I played it back and will never use them again. Can't be bothered.

In my opinion they're full of shit and you should stay away. I'm sure you'll get your money eventually, but this kind of crap is not acceptable.
 
Looks like here is 5 euro fee in withdrawals and 100 euro min. withdrawal. So if you are low roller this isn't your place. And actually I personally avoid all places where is some ridiculous fees in transactions
 
Saw a complaint on askgamblers on a 70k withdrawal. Looks like they paid it in full this is on the sister site of this casino or the parent casino @ 21.com. Maybe I would give them a go but I think it would be wise to verify your account before you make any deposit however it seems that some casino's even refuse to do this untill you have made a deposit first. I guess it's because you can't verify your deposit method before making a deposit.
 
Dragging this thread back up. After never actually having my account verified at Justspin, I asked them to close my account. Never had a response to that either.

Without realizing they were part of the same group, I signed up at Nitro Casino. Only deposited 20 euro, but figured I'd get the verification done ASP. It has now been three days. No email confirmation of received documents. Documents still listed as "under verification". This seemed awfully familiar and it finally dawned on my that Nitro and Justspin were the same crooks. Went back to Justspin... and yeah, my account is still open and my documents are still "under verification".

Absolutely unacceptable on all fronts. Requested closure of my accounts on both sites, so I guess we'll see if do so this time.

Just stay away from any casino that's part of BP Group. Obviously not everyone will have this experience, as I'd imagine they wouldn't stay in business then, but there are far more trustworthy options out there.

I am filing this formal complaint against JustSpin Casino regarding the unjustified confiscation of €5,880 in real money winnings, despite having fully completed all bonus wagering requirements in accordance with their published Terms and Conditions.

Summary of the issue
On 28.02.2025, I completed the wagering requirements for my deposit bonus at JustSpin.

After completing the wagering, my bonus balance was converted to real money, as stated in their own bonus terms:

“All winnings from bets placed while having an active bonus are considered to be bonus money and will be converted to real money only after bonus wagering requirements are met.”

I continued playing with this real money balance and won a total of €9,025 on the slot game Tropicool 4.

The casino later confiscated €5,880 of these winnings, claiming they were subject to the bonus maximum winnings cap, despite wagering being fully completed and the funds already converted to real money.

Key points supporting this complaint
The bonus maximum win cap should only apply to winnings derived directly from bonus play while wagering is still active.

Their terms state that winnings become real money after wagering completion.

My winnings were generated after wagering was fully completed, with no active bonus remaining.

During wagering, the bonus cap was never close to being exceeded.

My balance during wagering reached a maximum of approximately €1,220.

The casino first claimed the cap was €2,000, then changed it to €4,000.

I have received the €4,000 capped amount, but the additional €5,880 real money winnings were confiscated without justification.

The casino refuses to provide the exact timestamp of wagering completion despite multiple requests, although this information is crucial for resolving the dispute transparently.

I have browser network data, game history HTML data, and a video recording showing when wagering was completed.

All events occurred on 28.02.2025, so it is easy to verify the timeline from my game history.

This case has already been escalated to eCOGRA, but unfortunately, the casino has provided false or misleading information to eCOGRA, leading to an unfair outcome.

Request to the MGA
I kindly request the Malta Gaming Authority to review:

Whether it is compliant with MGA regulations to confiscate real money winnings earned after bonus wagering completion, by retroactively applying bonus restrictions not clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions.

Whether it is acceptable for a casino to refuse to provide the player with the official wagering completion timestamp when requested.

Whether it is acceptable under MGA regulations for a casino to provide false or misleading information to eCOGRA or similar dispute resolution bodies, thus preventing fair investigation and resolution.

I am submitting this complaint as I believe my player rights under MGA’s fairness and transparency regulations have been violated, and I am seeking the rightful return of my confiscated €5,880 real money winnings.
