Hello!

All casinos will allow you to play Roulette & Baccarat, but of course it wont count in bonus wagering at most places and you could have problems if you take a bonus & then play these games. (Some MG's allow 1-zero Roulette at 50%, and 2-zero at 100%, but none allow Baccarat at more than 10%)
So probably the best thing to do is deposit without taking a bonus. However a lot of casinos give you a welcome bonus automatically, so you'll need to read the T&C's to check if it's auto or if you have to claim it. All reputable casinos should allow you to deposit without giving a bonus if you ask not to have it.

Your main problem being in the USA is how to get your money in, and more importantly, out of the casinos. Again, reading of the banking T&C's for each casino is a must and/or contact their support and ask about withdrawals before you deposit.

Lastly to find out which casinos you can play at, look at the CasinoMeister's accredited list, or click the "USA casinos" link in my signature below (we both list pretty much the same places, except CM has not accredited any Rival casinos yet - but they are totally OK). At least you're not in one of the 'Restricted States' so you can play MG casinos!

Good luck!

Thanks. I appreciate it. I am currently playing at PlatinumPlay and have worked up about 1/3 the bonus but I was soon hoping to remove some of the winnings and trying to figure out the best method for doing so. Thanks for the list.
