Brother can I get your help . Like I’m not sure what happend but inwas ripped of by silver oak casino Ànd one of your staff members said I was rude and basically didn’t make since . And ya she was rude in my opinion Ànd she claimed to understand but apparently didn’t get a thing . I had two with drawls i won two times they denied my first with drawl and claimed they refunded me and the second with drawl wemt through but none of this was said are brought to my attention tell hours later . When I left the casino I talked the the staff and eveything was good inwas getting both with drawls and they went over what I would get after the deductions for thr quick pay . Not tell hours later I went back on to make sure eveything wsd goimg to be ok . . To my surprise they said what two with drawls I only see one . I said what are you serious . Like thats the second one first was 1700 ok . I said were is thr refund then he said sr you got it . I said I didn’t get anything inwom in crimson castle money I kept over from the first win Àmd I could prove it if they would ket me see the game play but it’s gone . And I said why was the first one denied Ànd not thr second . Ohh for verif I said inwss verified already hiw was the first denied Ànd the second wemt through . A quick glance at your PAB shows that you were rude and abusive to the casino rep, you repeatedly ignored the guidance of the PAB staff, and you simply refused to hear what our PAB staff were trying to explain to you about your case.

Your complaint about our staff is inaccurate and unfair. I've looked at the complaint and see no rudeness directed at you from the rep or the PAB staff. When you come to us for help we expect you to listen to what we say. If you repeatedly berate us with your same original statement and ignore everything that is said to you then you are wasting our time. At some point that exchange has to end, and it has.
