Jupicasino forfeited 1500usd deposits and 300usd wins, on the grounds of alleged VPN use without showing proof. All of this after the account was verified and adding 58usd for overcharging. Exchange of emails went on from Dec 10 and on Dec 28 they decided to close the account along with 1858 usd balance. Stay away!!!
 
Jupi Casino is a newish casino (2021), with an 8048/JAZZ Curacao licence, although that is not necessarily a complete negative, as some other reasonably decent casinos also have this particular licence.

The casino has loads of games from different providers, so that is a plus.

However they do have a very questionable T&C, e.g.

Player with 1 deposit only will be eligible to cashout a maximum of 15x the initial deposit amount, all further winnings will be removed from the account upon withdrawal request

BUT...although new, it didn't take long to get on the wrong side of Casino-Guru casino reviews which gave it a very bad reputation rating, albeit based on just one complaint.

Based on what you have posted, I am unsure if this casino qualifies as rogue/shite, but if you can raise a PAB, then it would be worthwhile going down this route.
 
I dont have VPN installed at home. I am using betblocker which wasnt working properly and regular 5G phone data wifi . I am not sure if that was the VPN they are talking about. However I asked for proof and they did not respond at all to explain. After one month they verified my account complete with IDs. They even added 58usd compensation for overcharging me. Then suddenly accused me of VPN and another player here too...I was playing simultaneously at Icebet casino which disallows VPN and yet there were no issues at withdrawal. I dont understand. If there were other issues then why steal my original deposits? Do they think i would be stupid to just give them 1500usd?? In my 10 yrs of gamblimg online i did encounter some issues and this casino is worst! They literally just decide to steal and keep 1500usd of deposits. This business will not last. Are they proud theyre feeding their families stolen money? I actually informed the police because 1500 is not a small amount and asked my lawyer as well as they cannot confiscate money like that as they are not an authorized financial institution with a court order to freeze assets /monies in my country. Nevertheless if they do not cooperate and at least return my deposits, i have contacted my bank and they are already aware of the situation and what to do if it doesnt get resolved. My only fault in this was that i did not check their reviews! Even the other casinos run by this company has people saying they dont pay out and complaints get unresolved. Such a disaster!
 
@Blippi123 You posted a PAB Ticket last week and promptly went on to post on the forums then and again today. This is a direct violation of the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures , items 1.10 and 2.3. As stated there doing so "will result in your complaint being cancelled and discarded."

No hard feelings and we would be happy to help you in the future assuming -- of course -- that you read and respect the PAB Rules.
