Hi Lads and Lasses :)

I wanted to make a thread which I can keep updating with regards to my wins & losses through gambling online.

As I'm fairly new to all this stuff, and the forum - I'd like to share my ups and downs with everybody. Also, I want to keep track of the finances to make sure I don't gamble beyond my means.

I'm a fairly "low roller" - for those that are wondering.

Hopefully a few of you more experienced 'slot junkies' :D can follow my journey and give me some advice along the way!

Without further a do... Lets get started :)

Mods/Staff of CM: I had a quick browse around the forums and couldn't find an appropriate section of the forum to put this in. Is this okay for me to do it in here? or if not - could you move it to the relevant place for me?

Josh

Can't you just use a spreadsheet or notepad like everyone else? If you use the forum as your own personal tracking system, and everyone else did as well, we'd never see any threads in here.
As for wins, there's plenty of threads in the screenshot-o-rama section

Okay, so last night...

I deposited £50 into 3Dice and also took the bonus. I used it to have a play around with a few slots ~I liked the look of, but it appears they didn't like me one bit and the deposit and bonus was gone in around an hour and a half play time  !

This was partly my own fault, It was pretty late - had work in the morning and wasn't hitting features and through frustration - I stupidly decided to up the line bets, and well you can guess what happened from there.

Again, completely my own fault due to 'tilt' - hopefully I'll learn from the errors of my ways.

More to follow shortly.

P/L = -£50

Lol, why ask if you're going to go ahead and do it anyway?

Today, I had decided to put another £20 into 3dice with no bonus this time.

This was purely done to kill some time as I finished early from work and was a few hours until the Football Match tonight (Any City or Utd fans in here? I'm Arsenal fan myself... Don't laugh).

After watching some Chopley's videos on 3Dice, I really liked the look of Enchanted Spins and alas I gave that a go as I had not got round to playing that one last night.

Was playing 0.20 spins and not a lot was coming up at first. It's listed as a high variance slot thought so I assumed this was the norm.

Anyway - to cut a long story short, dipped down to around £8 and hit the feature which tipped me just over the £40 mark overall :D , so I decided to up my stakes to 0.40.

Another feature came up and the result was around £26 this time. not as big as the last one, but was still very happy :D.

Sitting at £58, I decided to up my bet again a couple of notches to £1 per spin. Not quite sure why, the wins were coming in fairly frequently and told myself I'll give it a few spins down to £30, and if it reaches there without a bonus I'll put it in the safe and end £10 up on the deposit on the day.

Then out of no where those beautiful Wizards came along and gave me a 5 of a kind of what I believe must be a high paying symbol. It resulted in a cool £62 win on the base game! Easily the biggest win I've had off a base game in my short career :).

Balance was sat at £120, so I banked the £100 in the safe which left me £20 to play with. I kept it at 1.00 spins.

Came right down to the wire on the £20 I left to play with before a feature came up with only £2 left in the tank...

Would you believe it, the feature paid a whopping £75 :D Happy days! I banked another £70 in the safe and Dropped the stakes back down to 0.20 a spin to play off the remaining £5 - which amounted to nothing.

Overall and very quick and fun session today - Banking a healthy profit on my £20 deposit and even wiping out the shocker of a session yesterday!

P/L = +£120

It is nice you share. We all do. We just don't open threads dedicated to ourselves and our entire gambling history, otherwise there'd be a several thousand, hundreds of pages long. When you get a huge win, try the screenshot threads, when you get a bad beat, try screenshots that suck, when you're grumpy, vent. Not only do you get to share, you get to read similar experiences.

Yeah I understand what you mean. Sorry about that.

Can I or a mod please delete this thread?

Many thanks for that Ben - Really appreciate the info :)

I'll leave this thread to fall into the Abyss now :D

For what it's worth Josh, I didn't see a problem with your thread. Post what you want as long as it doesn't break the forum rules. You were obviously not just recording profit and loss, but giving us a summary of your play, which I thought was interesting enough.

Lol, why ask if you're going to go ahead and do it anyway?

Wasn' that directed to moderators?

I enjoyed reading it too

And? Obviously we can respond to any posts - I mean, mine obviously wasn't directed to you yet you seemed to reply just fine. ;)

And you quoted it, highlighted a portion in bold and responded as if it were directed to everyone. He wasn't asking for your permission to post, he was asking the Casinomeister staff to move the thread if it was in the wrong forum. Of course you're correct that you can respond to any post, just as the OP can post whatever he wishes. It's not the place of another forum user to veto a thread in its infancy and then chastise the OP for continuing to post to it. It was harsh and unwelcoming IMO.

I don't see any problem with a new member coming here to share online gambling experiences in a forum titled "Online Casinos".

I suppose then it's a good thing that I nowhere told the OP he couldn't post ;) Seeing as the thread is still running, I've hardly vetoed it either. Oddly, I find "I hope to see you participate though, adding to threads and creating new ones." to be welcoming. But then, you're welcome to your opinion. As I am mine.

If you disagree, there's a report button which you're welcome to use.

I agree completely. Let him post it as he did not break any rules and some of us enjoy reading it. I liked it ;)

Somehow you seem to think I've the power to stop him. He can post and I'm not preventing him.
If you're enjoying his posts, fantastic. However, when you start a post, you're inviting any feedback to it.

Maybe every new player should start a forum thread dedicated to their lifetime experience?

Please carry on posting - I for one really enjoy reading stuff like you posted about 3Dice!
(You were VERY VERY lucky there by the way - don't go chasing another session like that)

I can't - the forum simply isn't big enough...!

KK

Wow lots of replies on here!

Appreciate the feedback from everybody :)

After thinking about it, I'll probably let this thread drop into the abyss now. Whilst I'm humble that a lot of you enjoyed reading about my experiences, the last thing I want to do is potentially #### off other members of the forum.

After all I'm the new guy and I don't want to start taking liberty's!

What I may do in the future is set up a small blog sharing my experiences etc - and if I do, I'll pop the link in my sig. That way the people who want to read it can, and those who arnt so keen wont see me clogging up the forum with my ramblings.

And BRYAN - sorry I got your name wrong :o

All the best chaps and chapettes!

Josh

Well, I certainly didn't intend to make you feel uncomfortable nor unwelcome. What I posted was my two cents and opinion - worth no more nor less than anyone else's.

I'd look forward to you blog. And I certainly hope you participate and join a lot of threads.

Good luck my friend, But I see you said cut a long story short? (or cut to the chase) Well if you was trying to do a diary than what use is cutting things out ?
Any way well done on the wins, Its a good start, but 50 + 20 take out 120 is not even double you dosh, It would be nice if there was a few extra digits on that,
Happy Spinning
