To be honest the slot looks very dull and bland, with a fullscreen of top paying symbols paying 400x.

Definitely not a slot I find interesting to either look at or play.

I'll play this some as I know all the casinos will give me free spins. I'm a big Jimi Hendrix fan. I just don't think the hippie look works for this slot. Certainly they could have made a game similar to Guns 'N Roses' look. This looks like a B-team effort.

Tried it today with the last 50 eruos in my balance. It gave me several "big" wins at the beginning taking my balance to about 120. I guess this game is fairly low volatility due to the fact that i got 500+ spins out of 50 euros on 1 euro bets. BUT in those 500+ spins i had 2 scatters 7 times and not one single time didd i get the third scatter for a bonus round. Then the game died and took about 100x stake to zero without paying anything or giving any of the other features(red guitar,purple haze).

I really dont understand what net ent is trying to achieve with these new games? Bonus round on most of the newer slots is mission impossible.
Low variance and gets the bonus once every 1000 or so spins it seams. Either its a flaw,its rigged or its just horrible game design.

Edit: tried it in free mode and ofcourse the bonus triggers all the time...... Random,,,, yeah right

Played it at Bet Victor. Got the Crosstown Traffic spins twice and a good Red Guitar hit to finish my first run with a $10 profit. You won't win big but you could string some decent wins and double your modest stake. It could have better visuals but I'm a huge Jimi Hendrix fan and hearing his music during the game is a joy. I like it. I'll play it some more with the profit before trying again for the big Dead or Alive free spins bonus.

Agree. Initial thought on seeing it was "yikes" but it paid OK. Nothing earth shattering but a few bonuses. Can't grumble as I got up to £20 from 10 fs and subsequent play.

Swapped to Gonzos. Peaked at £50. Withdrew £40.

Same as above, up to £20 from ND FS, few 'blast a load of wilds' (from the purple Jimi on reel 1) one FS feature.

Nice feel although graphics not wicked, game spins nice, one I won't slag off for a nice change.

Will have a go later on. I did like Drive : Multiplier Mayhem out of the new NetEnt releases so they can do a good game still imo.

Compared to Guns and Roses, even RTG would have done a better job and produced something more imaginative. Whoever approved the graphics from NetEnts top brass must of been high... really guys?

I will still have to play this slot to comment on the variance or payouts, but then again, this is NetEnt, need I even play it to tell you that it is a waste of time? Hmmm... I hope not. Someone prove me wrong, Id love to love a Slot from them... not a money trap... a SLOT.

I was going to do a video review, being as I have several Hendrix live albums. Unfortunately the childish flower-power graphics look like a 5-year old designed them and like poor Jimi I'd choke on my own vomit if I had to play it too long.

Yes, they missed the chance to put some footage in, like WMS on the KISS game. I mean, surely we could have had the 'guitar sacrifice' clip somewhere, where he uses the lighter fuel on it? Or a clip where he plays it behind his head or with his teeth?

But no, we got yet another limpid Netent production where they must've borrowed the artwork from Wanky Wobbits.
