Favourite NetEnt slots (even the ones that are no longer available)

Was loyal to netent and netent only until they started removing some greats and stopped introducing any bangers.

I would playthese, in order of most played.

DOA
Reel Steal
JATB
Twinspin
Wishmaster

It does seem, however, that I'm still the only one who despises CFTBL. Never understood why you all got so wet over that one!

I would add the Wish master, CFTBL and Twinspin to my list as well.

I had some fantastic sessions on the Wishmaster, whilst the latter two sucked all my DOA wins back.

 I recall my heart dropping when we learned that the stupid UKGC had decided that all "child themed" slots should be bannished. Casinos where left to interpret for themselves what constituted "child themed" and although other casinos culled Jack and the Beanstalk the likes of L&L and Videoslots chose to keep the little skinny shit :)
Jack gave me my first real big win and sparked my appreciation of Netent slots.
Just the thought of Secret of Christmas still gets me itching to deposit and I love Secret of stones too.
Since the introduction of DOA2 I think that Netent have declined in their new offerings. Or maybe I simply have not given them enough attention since the likes of NoLimit City began higher volitility slots?

Good shout!

I cant believe i didnt mention secret of the stones!
One of there best games,
And i still remember playing secrets of christmas around crimbo time when it launched
and thinking how great they nailed the whole christmas vibe with the art and sound of the game,

I still play them both but only when there on there full fat RTP's B.C Game is were i play netents they have the best netent selection for uk players using a vpn,

Some rare oldies i found on the googles,

You can still play this one,
and its apprently got a 18'000 x Max Win!

I do remember when the game launched somebody posted here on C.M, a disgusting amount of money they won for the bet size they were playing on.

Im pretty sure someone won like £1,500 and it was on 0.10p bet size,

it was a huge amount because it stuck in my head when i seen the picture on here.

^^^ 99.99% sure Dunover used to play that in some of his earlier videos (basically before Bonanza was invented lol :p)

Despite my supreme intelligence and down to earth modesty, never did fathom out how he knew the forthcoming drop was a win in the absence of any wild symbols

I had a soft spot for pyramid due to its ability to deliver decent game time, though this was probably mainly because many winning spins could take a while to play out. Never really felt like it would ever go huge and probably only put 50 or 60 hours through it, never hitting over 120x iirc. But would still secretly play it on the sly while others here continually bashed the hell out of it :D

I remember Pyramid from back then, as a precursor to the higher potential paytables that followed it, with its 'Avalanche' mechanics. By all accounts it just got foisted onto players who never truly took to it, despite what looks like some pretty good design.....

I think it had a fairly accessible entry point in terms of low stakes, with some insane potential wins actually feasible therein. Perhaps it was simply let down by its visual design and busy symbol-swapping, and people on first view dismissing it as a lesser Reel Rush 🤷‍♂️

I recall casinos doling out 5/10/15 free spins on this, expecting very little player fanfare, lest actual player winnings on it, due to the cyclical sequences 'breaking' rather easily. That is, until I did accrue some pretty favourable yield from the free spins, amounting to well over £20 or £30, which then led to some DOA heroics. Thanks Pyramid!

Someone also posted a £800 win on the original Gonzos Quest pre Nerf/Gimping version on a 20p stake here on C.M

Good luck getting 800 pennies out the new version though,

I heard you get knighted if you manage to get it to pay 200x these days,

and a free pack of netent tooth brushes

Kinda of topic but still netent related I guess. 😄

Wasnt Wonky Wabbits NETENT? Although I may be mistalen

I like a lot of thier games, sensible wins and fun bonuses, with an attempt to mix things up feature wise.

Last week over course of 10 hrs I turned £20 into £265 ( the high point was £291) messing about on Pub Casino. I must have played a fair few netents - they very easy to find on there, and I got a decent 200x base win on Scruffy Duck :)

Yes, I forgot about Pyramid Quest an infuriating game where you could cycle through 30-odd symbols on reel 1 while miraculously not dropping the match for those accumulated on the other 4 reels. Good memory, I did play it quite a bit at one time.
Fantasini was simply a Twin Spin clone.

Bandit was a huge fan of good old wonky wabbits, I use to play it when the balance was big and only on 60p spins, Wonky was ruthless and would usually munch any balance like your funds were his carrots!
Hahaha, this one remind me of a funny story:

We partnered-up with a swedish affiliate to launch our first swedish focussed brand: KarlCasino.
I hired a support guy, who was introduced via via and his dad was entrepeneur so I gambled on him. (Turned out to be a great guy, still in the industry and we have weekly contact). So we launch day 1, normally softlaunch but johnslots.com got an exclusive with 10 free spins on Wonky Wabbits and they had send that offer to their whole database.

So I get a call at 9am from my boss saying there are like 1000+ tickets in karlcasino inbox if everything is going well? Technically it was but they mentioned the wrong game for the free spins in the mail so all players were asking which game?

So I call the support guy and told him we need to go to the office now to deal with chats and answer the tickets.

We sit down, he launched the chat, First question: which game for fs? He forgot so he asked me and I said:

Wonky Wanker.

He has been answering that all day, until he realised it was a joke from my end. In the meantime, I expected he understood it was a joke :)

Evolution was so satisfying when you got to the last evolution round with spins left. And those slots were achievable to get near max win when it was close to 300-400 win. Dead or Alive before it was re-skinned (and coded) from flash was also good. You could run multiple windows playing at 18p and get the bonus round every 30 or so seconds. Also Wishmaster was mental the way it was released for playing with a bonus…

Twin spin was reliable enough to complete a wagering requirement on minimum stakes but also had enough excitement to watch it running. Same for Steampower.

Of course, how could I forget Evil Ablution, another I used to play quite a bit once. Very soothing game, 4-scatter trigger was always a curse IIRC. @ChopleyIOM and his 'flying monkeys' which were actually squirrels... 🤫

In my defence, back then it wasn't unusual for it to be the small hours of the morning and I'd had a small glass of sherry or two when I was playing, so they looked a bit like flying monkeys to me.

I've still got the videos of my sessions from Redbet casino back in the day.

Hey look there it's flying monkeys!

I used to like Theme Park Tickets of Fortune, the way you could go round the different stalls and play your tickets off and win money. NetEnt were true innovators back in the day. Some absolutely brilliant concepts and game mechanics that were executed immaculately, and then plagiarised by other studios.
