Hi my name is Kou187. Well obviously its not my name i was given at birth but its my online slot name and my name i used at JPP. Anyway i have been playing on the site for almost a year and i would have months were i would lose, And months were i would win. Anyway i would often moan on YouTube or the chat-box about losing so much like most people do. And i admitted to having a problem gambling on YouTube and they have now terminated my account for good with no chance of re opening it. I would have never admitted to having a problem if i knew they would terminate my account. But they have. Therefore i am absolutely gutted as JPP was pretty much the only place i would gamble every month after getting paid. I love the site and miss the banter with guys on there and the slots and winning progressives. Just sucks that i was stupid enough to admit my problem not thinking about the chance of them reading it and terminating my account. Do you guys have any advice of how to bet my account back or have any of you had any similar experience with JPP. Please let me know. Thanks

P.S after losing 1000's and winning 1000's on my last ever session on there i hit 3 stars on JPP progressive below is a screenshot and a video of the win. Ahhhh i miss that site.:(

er..if you have a problem why would want it re-opened?..seems they did you a favour
I think you'll be hard pressed to find members here who will help you in re-opening it when you're self-admittedly a problem gambler

Kudos to Jackpotparty for taking responsibility.

You have gaming problems and JPP helped you out and you just haven't realized it yet.

JPP is a recommended accredited casino and one of the best in the business. They are committed to responsible gaming and took no chances when spotting your chat/youtube comments. This is excellent on their behalf. I'll tell you why.

Whether they like it or not, a great deal of casino revenue comes from problem gamblers. Problem gambler is another term for big-losing gambler or gambler in debt. JPP know that the nature of your problem means you will inevitably lose money elsewhere, but they are not willing to take that revenue from you. Again, that's called RESPONSIBLE GAMING from a site which means it.

By the time you read this you will be playing somewhere else and losing to that casino. Maybe they won't be as efficient in limiting the damage you are causing to yourself.

So, you should thank JPP.:)

I completely agree with the above. Jackpot Party is simply the best casino around in my opinion and they have made the correct decision to close your account. Hope everything works out for you.

All the best,

Rob

Bit weird if they've terminated your account from third party information as opposed to a direct request however. Oh hold on, it's their own You Tube channel? Right, I get it.

Someone needs to send him some lucky dust.

From a more helpful perspective, it does seem that the casino in question here have acted in your best interests. Good luck with everything else.

I commend Jackpot Party for closing you're account. Many casinos wouldn't unless they actually received an email from you requesting account closure. The casino has acted in you're best interests. Maybe you should request information on how long the account will remain closed?

Thanks guys for all your thoughts they are much appreciated. But i still miss the site and its not going to stop me gambling i will just gamble else were. Or maybe use a friends account on JPP to play there because i love there slots and find other slot sites quite boring. Thanks again guys

exacly when you start talking about using your friends account to gamle, because yours is close that my friend is a sign of some kinda gambling problems
i would say.

Personally I don't think that they should have closed the account based on a Youtube comment.

I can see some considering that a bit oppressive and maybe intrusive, but his ID was pretty unmistakable plus a problem gambler can hand JPP a few problems, aside from their moral obligations to responsible gambling. He might become a chargeback risk. He may be tempted (as by his own volition he will play dirty to keep playing at JPP) to open fraudulent duplicate accounts. He may get into serious debt or crime problems in the future (I sincerely hope not) to fund his habit, and JPP could be legitimately named as the destination of his money if he got into the press or his sob-story was later posted on the internet.

JPP are correctly protecting both parties. I don't car how they identified him, but I still say I welcome their action.

What if he/she wasn't serious? People say a lot of crap in those Youtube comments, most of them are to take with a grain of salt. They could have contacted the player but to just go ahead and close the account based on this is uncalled for IMO.

I'm not saying this person doesn't have gambling issues, but the end doesn't always justify the means. Contacting the player would have been the right thing to do here.

@ kou187

Why did you destroy all evidences by deleting your Youtube account and your comments in the JPP videos? It sure doesn't help your case.

Why? Few would admit honestly to the casino themselves via e-mail they had a problem - it's human nature; the OP would likely go on the defensive.
I still haven't seen one coherent or logical reason they haven't done the correct thing.

FFS, why do you always think that you should be protected against yourself? Aren't you a grown ass man? If you want to close your account, just ask for it. I don't know where this mentality of having to be protected agaisnt yourself comes from but not taking responsability for your actions is part of the problem, not the solution. I don't want 3rd parties to make decisions "for my own good" and neither should you.

Also, preemptive bans in case that you commit a chargeback when you have no history of doing so is absolutely ridiculous.

I don't know why you're getting so het up. 'if you want to close your account just ask for it' :D What, like the drunk man, when out of his skull, will ask the barman 'please don't serve me any more'??

Hey, why not have anarchy? No laws, no common-sense, no rules and no responsibility.....

And I never said they had banned him pre-emptively in case of future chargebacks. I merely mentioned this in a list of other possibilities that may come into their consideration.

Above all, CHECK THE T&C's:

"WMS Rights to Terminate User Relationship. We further reserve the general right at any time, and at our sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or close your account without further explanation if we consider it necessary to do so for any reason. In the event that we terminate your account under this provision we will refund the balance of your account to you. The decision of our management as regards to any aspect of your account or use of this Site by you is final and not open to dispute or appeal."

He signed up to them. End of.

Thank you. Someone who understands were i am coming from. All i did was write a silly YouTube comment out of bitterness. Its not like i live in a box and have 18 grands worth of debt and no were to live. I'm coping absolutely fine with bills and rent and haven't gambled in months. If i was a true compulsive gambler i would lie cheat and steal to keep on gambling and that i do not do. I tried telling JPP this time and time again in chat and all they do is terminate the chat telling me they can not ever unterminate my account. So people should take my story and learn from it not to ever write anything suggesting you have a problem with gambling in the comments section else you might also get terminated. Its funny the max stake i ever go is like 3 pounds a spin, And im terminated yet people who do 20.00 and 30.00 a spin are still free to play on the site without any one ever questioning if they have problems.

Crikey I can see why Nifty sometimes gets cynical on here.

Let's compare the post you've just made with your original post (below):

1. Right, you said a silly post. Below you state you would often moan on Youtube or their chat.
2. You say you haven't gambled in months. Yet your OP says you play there every month after you get paid. BS detector red
3. You say aren't compulsive yet state in the OP below I admitted to having a problem on youtube.
4. If you aren't compulsive why do you have a compulsion to repeatedly attempt via chat to reopen your JPP account?
5. If you were playing sometimes on £3 stakes you would have been depositing a fair wedge.
6. The people who bet 20 or 30 haven't let it slip they have issues or posted about taking losing badly.
7. IF you hadn't played there for months, why the sudden urgency to reopen account? Your would have gotten over your chat 'friends' by now.

The only thing you are annoyed about is that they spotted your admission. You've got one or two (minority) supportive responses off of members here and your story has changed significantly to feed off of this. This is why I have compared your last post to your OP. You're barred from JPP, they are within their rights to do it, there's nothing you or us can do about it. Move on my friend.
