I signed up for jackpot joy deposited £165 total in 3 separate payments I then won and kept on winning till my winnings was at £11396.32 now jackpot have closed my account due to verification issues but I have sent my indate passport my bank card I've took a selfie and I have sent over my bank statement. This is not enough and now they have said my account is closed and the finance team will get in contact to see if they will pay me out. I've emailed them multiple times I've even added the local newspaper as there have been stories on line that they have done this before and ended up paying out... has anyone had issues with them before and had good results
