Hi, received email today from Jackpot Grand Casino (RTG)
Anyone know about them?

Live chat is very slow to respond. I waited like 15 minutes to get an answer and then quit.
What do you guys think?

Same group that owns Slots Jungle and Casino Titan ... so if you decide to play there make sure you are prepared to wait at least 6 "business days" for approval of any withdrawal and then another week to 2 weeks for the money. Their "business days" are Mon - Thurs .. their finance department apparently doesn't work on Fridays ... which I think is total nonsense. As a matter of fact, I have a withdrawal pending with Casino Titan (sister casino) that has been "pending" since Thursday Jan 3rd and when I went on live chat to ask when it will be taken out of my account and processed, the rep said it would not be approved until the 14th! You can't tell me that it takes that long to "approve" a withdrawal. It just makes me so sick to the lengths these guys will go to to make it hard on the player, as you can't even deposit and play when you have a withdrawal pending with them. I guess they really want you to play it back so they don't have to pay you. I just wish there was someone who could force them to change their rules ... Withdrawal time is way too long, in my opinion AND paying a withdrawal in increments of $500 really is not acceptable when they can take any deposit amount in full. It's no wonder they aren't out of business by now, considering that it looks like they pay players based on other players deposits.

Thanks for the info. Near-rogue casino... Played the 50 NDB, but there were several disconnection issues, so I didn't bother anymore.

thanks so much, Of course, I will stay away. Memories of WinPalace still fresh :)

cash4all, hope you withdrawal will be as fast as possible

Got disconnected by Administrator 4 times

This is a TERRIBLE place, was winning and got up around $700 and was constantly disconnected by Administrator. I read on other forums it happened to over a dozen other people as well.

It was very difficult to download and get the ND bonus, that took 5 times.

I realize they are just out of the gate, but I have a bad feeling about this place. Play at your own risk.

I don't what that disconnected by admin error is but fwiw I was playing my free Trex slot (from CW's all star slots) and it showed that message a couple times the past few days.

I though it was because I increased the play time to 30 minutes (as I got sick of the nag screen) but since you received it at that other casino maybe its an RTG problem and not the individual casino.

I might add I only got it when I won a lot of money, like thousands, in fun mode of course betting max.

Constant spam messages from this casino & others, I spent days unsubscribing from spam emails but they keep coming back, I stay with well known trusted sites, They can keep there 50 ND bonus,
Not even gona entertain this one

I totaly agree with (cash4all) why do sites make it so dificult for payment, Iguess they take as much cash of people before depositors relize that geting there cash back is not going to be easy, As theres alot of people out there that play theses sites and not reading up 1st,

There should be a strict law on this

Sadly, youre quite likely to get MORE now. Since these mailers often come from affiliates rather than the casino, by unsubscribing, you've just told the spammer he's found not only an active email, but one rife for resale

Find out from whence it came and report them to the casino. Probably wont work with this group, but in general ;)

I just wished that the "good" affiliates at least would take a look around everywhere and see all complaints about both this group and the Grand Parker one. As long as they also think they are good to go nothing will ever change.

I get masses of spam from (about) accredited and reputable casinos too - far more than any "dodgy" ones in fact! It doesn't matter what the reputation of each casino is, the moronic spammers just keep flooding it out anyway.
Though actually, are these spammers moronic? They MUST be making money from it, otherwise why would they keep doing it? So maybe they are the clever ones and it's the affiliates trying to run reputable sites and the punters who actually use their spammy links to sign-up at the casinos who are the idiots... ?

Anyone can flog their wares and not make a cent, hoping and praying they one day will lol

Nowadays I recieve most spam from Casino Rewards and Ace Revenue/Virtual/Gambling wages etc. From the accredited casinos I don't recieve much at all. It was plenty about Sloto'cash a while ago, some about Miami Club aswell.

I knew pretty much from the sheer volume of spam it wasn't somewhere I wanted to play probably. Not from sites I have joined either.

I had tried searching here and with google, but you can't really find much, the words Jackpot and grand and casino just hit too many things. They are not stupid when it comes to naming their casinos usually.

suspicious to me.

I've played more than a few times on the reputable ones and know the reels generally well enough that I can time when a bonus should hit. Cleopatra's Gold is my norm, and I know that the pyramid symbol is approx. 1.5 spins.
I'd played their 50 NDB bonus, and in the middle of it, I had 2 pyramids up and the 3rd one on the last reel timed so it SHOULD have nailed it. and literally watched that last reel stop 1 spot shy of where it SHOULD have gone.
Something is rotten in the state of Denmark methinks.
I'm certainly not making any sort of deposit with them.

I urge you to be hesitant about thinking you have reels 'timed' . I understand what you're saying about knowing where final reel begins its spin and should end but it doesn't mean any Denmarkian rottenness when it doesn't. You know the software with RTG. Gonna pay when it's gonna pay and not until..UNLESS of course, like me, you occasionally get lucky by stopping reels . I think I hit as many bonuses that way as in the normal way. I play the Club World Casino Group. One of the few options here in the USA and I have had nothing but fair and balanced play and 8-9 of 10 level service from staff. I recommend them highly. I get cash outs approved usually within 24 hrs and money arrives in my bank within 72 hrs.

Stopping the reels makes not a blind bit of difference to the outcome which is decided as soon a you press 'start'. All it does is halt the video and allow you to have more spins per hour. Casino gets it's cut quicker.:)

WOW Jackpot Grand isn't

I played through over 180 in less than 30 minutes. I only played 3-5 different games, in strings so long they made my eyes water. Not one free spin bonus, only a handful of wins at all and preciously few (maybe 5-10) wins over the bet ($0.20- $1.00 per bet). Watch out. With all that they claimed to be giving me, all I got was robbed for $25 and taught to watch out for casinos like this one.

Did you research them BEFORE depositing? If you had, you wouldn't have.

I really wish people would look past the big bonuses and think about who they're giving their money to.

FWIW, your actual session results mean nothing....except that you had a bad session. A few hundred spins can give you an RTP of 50% or 500%. You should read the forums about how RTP works.
