I notice Jackpot Factory's website has the following statement in its FAQ's :

"The Jackpot Factory prides itself on honesty, fairness and integrity. When we say fast payouts, we mean fast. We have top-notch customer service representatives that are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to serve you. We also have huge cash promotions, daily cash bonuses and the largest number of games to choose from."

Not sure what that means other than "fast" ??

I have a pending cashout and I am sure the weekend would delay it somewhat, but I was curious if anyone has had some first hand experience with this group and can maybe give me an indication of how "fast" they actually are ? No complaints here, just wondering what to expect.

Thanks Spearmaster, glad to hear it. I appreciate the feedback as this is my first time dealing with this group. Obviously, I am thrilled with All Jackpots at this point since I hit a nice win there.

Ive been playing at wild jacks for 3 years now and i use to love this casino but lately its terrible. There slots are so tight its not funny Ive sent four of my friends there and they say the same thing at first you win but after awhile of playing there your lucky if you even get a hit. Today i played and on spring break i first started out at 90 cents nothing i ended up playing down to 9 cents and in 205 spins i got a free spin and made a big 1.80 and this happens all the time lately. I'm at the point right now that i don't even care if they ban on line gambling in the state of California.
 
This casino group is one of the best behind Fortune Lounge in my book. I won $1,000 there last year and had the money in check form in two weeks along with a nice gift basket!! :thumbsup:

No offence meant, G2S but this would be a Microgaming complaint, not a Jackpot Factory specific issue.

I'll back up what has been said - good reputation, however there is a 24 hour "Reverse Withdrawal" period designed to get you to lose your winnings back. Sorry - I mean "for your convenience". Silly me.

This happens before your winnings get processed. If you want to avoid this, you can email the support team at the casino and they will flush. All Microgaming casinos use this tactic, but only a few will flush on request. Thankfully these guys are one of them.
 
I won 4000 dollar last week in that casino. Cashed out friday afternoon and the funds hit my neteller on sunday. Good service :lolup:

Agreed, they completed the flush immediately when I requested. I find morphsie's reply curious as I requested the flush on Friday myself and still have not rec'd the cashout. I am using Firepay and they may not process as quickly, also as I stated earlier I am not wanting to jump the gun here. I was curious what turnaround others had gotten from this casino. From the feedback here it seems positive so I'm sure I will rec. my funds within a reasonable time.
 
They have been paying me faster now than before as long as I flush my account it's in my Click2pay within 24 hours :)

You are exactly right and no offense taken I shouldn't have come here as upset as I was and posted I usually don't do this and never will again. please except my apology. Ive always said that there customer service is the best and as for payouts the three times I have cashed out I have never once had any kind of problem.

I use firepay and my experience and what I know of Firepay and the way casinos handle firepay deposits is that there is a certain amount of time you have to wait before firepay even acknowledges the deposit as being 'good' on their end. I think due to their having been burnt too many times in the past (?) maybe. So the casinos wait for firepay to give them the a-ok, which I've experienced to be approx. a week, then the casino has it's processing time, maybe a day or 2 (?) & then you're golden. Once it's gone thru the casino & goes to firepay it's yours, only takes a matter of moments to get transferred from casino to firepay to your bank, depending, of course on bank hours, etc.

Rec'd many replies to this thread that I would not have any issues getting my withdrawl from All Jackpot / Jackpot Factory. After some delays related to a first deposit with this group via FirePay I did rec. my funds promptly as promised. I experienced some confusion via telephone with the CS rep fully explaining the delays related to Firepay, but was able to get the information needed from a PM to the Casino representative here. After rec. my funds decided to make another deposit, had some fortunate wins again and flushed my withdrawl. Had the funds this time within 24 hours. :D

Kudos' to the Jackpot Factory Representative here and to the Meister for providing a top notch forum/website to assist online gamblers. :thumbsup:
 
All Slots issues bad check

I'm glad you are all happy with this group , but I am not. I am writing in behalf of my daughter who cashed in $500 , and received a check a week ago Monday. She deposited the check into her checking account and then the following Sunday ( last Sunday) received this e-mail form All Slots.

My daughter then called them and said that she would have many bounced checks because their check was bad. They kept telling her that she would receive ( and then did) a $50 bonus from them . She is furious!!!

As of today she hasn't received the check back in the mail with insufficiant funds, and she is still waiting to see if the check ever cleared.

She contacted Jackpotfactory, and they told her for sure the check would bounce, and again told her that she had a $50 bonus in her account. Even after she told them she would be bouncing many checks because of their bad check, they seemed not to understand how much money this would cost her.

This issue is so dissappointing to me and her as well.

IF this issue is not resolved soon, my daughter will sign up here and PAB. She is still waiting to see if the check for sure bounced.
 
Sorry to hear your daughter is having problems related to her withdrawl. Although it will not help her with any checks written against the possible insufficient funds, at least they did send notification of the problem so it would not be a complete suprise. Have you sent a PM to the Jackpot Factory representative here ? If not I would suggest you do to see if he can provide any additional information. (See the complaint section for additional info) My experience with this group (limited) has been positive and professional. They seem to carry a good reputation and I suspect will work hard to resolve your daughters issue. Also, as a general rle of thumb I never write funds against a payment such as this until I have confirmation the payment has cleared. I hope this is resolved promptly and wish you and your daughter well.

I really think there was such a lapse of information on this bad check from Monday when she actually received the check and deposited it, till the next Sunday , when she received the notice that it was not a good check.
 
I have never had a problem with First Web but have also never cashed out with a check either . I am curiuos to see what the rep says here about an issue like this .

If you know the check is not going to clear, why don't you deposit more funds into your bank account so that you (or your daughter) don't bounce checks?
 
We did just that. I guess what really bothers me is the time frame from when she withdrew and received the check ( Monday) , till their notification the next Sunday.
