I had a nice win on some MG games but now i am waiting 36 hours on a withdrawl.
Normally i play with guts where i get a 2 hour withdrawl time.
The withdrawal is to entropay and still shows as available to reverse the withdrawl in my account so it has not been processed.
I have read some previous threads on the company but i am looking for recent experiences.
Has anyone here recently made a withdrawal from jackpotcitycasino.com or have any experience with these guys?

How long do they usually take to pay out after the 48 hour reverse period?
This is not a large win so i don't think documents will be needed, i read some previous posts where documents were not required on small amounts.

As soon as the 48 hours is up it's usually just a couple of hours - depends on the time of day and when the finance people are working. If I were you I'd contact support and ask if you need to send docs - that way there won't be more of a delay.

Do exactly as chayton says immediately. I've played there before and will confirm they are reliable, but you can guarantee you'll be sent an email requesting docs after the 48hrs have passed, and then it'll be another waiting game for them to be approved, and then another wait for the withdrawal to be processed.

Before they withdrew from the UK, I'd been a Jackpot City player for about 6 years, had some good 'hits' there, however the pending period was always 24 hours on my account regardless of which method it would be processed to after the 24 hours.
