So this is what happened.

I got a free chip offer for Valentine's Day:

"You have the chance to redeem this free $50 once per day between February 14th - 15th, so don’t leave us hanging! Login to your account now and claim your ‘Love Bonus’!"

I used the first chip, no luck. Next day I was lucky with the second chip. After completing the wagering submitted a withdrawal for 250 USD (the maximum).
The next day I got a mail that my withdrawal was declined due to consecutive free chip usage and they showed the terms in the General Bonus Term:

Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings.

I know many of the forum members will say classic case of DRATT, but there are a few things which could have made Jackpot Capital to change their decision.

1. It is not mentioned in the promo mail that deposit is needed between the 2 free chips.
2. They should have made impossible to redeem the coupon if no deposit made between, like they can do it when there are coupons need to be used in certain order.
3. The term says the management reserves the right to void which should not mean declining the withdrawal automatically.

I sent a mail to the support asking for reconsideration especially that I was a loyal player with 3200 USD deposit in the last 12 months, no answer. Tried to follow up a day later, no answer (still).
Contacted Jackpot Capital rep last Thursday, as of today no answer (did not have high hopes as she was not in the forum in February).

I think I will close my account with them (the last RTG I used):(

Ive made a couple post over the last few months trying to warn members of this because its just a problem waiting to happen with this group.

I get email after email of freebie this. freebie that. But if you use two in a row any winnings get taken away.

I really dont get why they cant include some sort of reminder in their emails. I can only imagine how many players had to deal with this.

Examples of emails are "you have 50 freespins waiting for you, enjoy!" next email " you have a $25 freechip waiting for you, good luck"

yeah...no.

That being said, you wont get your money in my opinion. This group is very strict and rarely if ever are exceptions made.

I'm not going to say DRATT in this particular case - I totally agree with everything you said, especially that this KEY term should have been highlighted in with the promotional offer.

Rep's get alerted about PM's even if they don't log in, and they SHOULD reply as they are accredited... :(
I would send them another PM, and if they don't reply again - let Bryan know.

Been playing with them for a very long time, all be it very rarely, compared to the other Casino's i frequent.
However, they have always been the one and only RTG group that i found to be fair, and interesting. As lockinlove pointed out, loads of promo's - but this has always been the case, and no reason for concern - which are in my eyes, much clearer then any other RTG platform i played at, and i pretty much tried them all.

I can see your point Stokes, however, as a bit of an experienced gambler you could know that basically all RTG casino's apply the 'no 2 free chips in a row' rule, unless specifically stated: now, as there wasn't any mention of the need to deposit for a second time, for the second chip, inside the promotional mail, i think they could have issued a small-printed note to avoid any confusion, but, in reality they haven't done much wrong here. If you known the rule from the past, or from various forum reports, than it would have been wise to check first with support.

I have always had very good experiences with them, and was on occasion paid off of a freebie, without having made a qualifying deposit in the predetermined timeframe, but i never was paid if i claimed two chips in a row, in the same Casino....

I mean don't get me wrong, i hope they will grant you an exception, but i wouldn't be expecting one.

I do fully agree with your remark in point 2:

I feel ALL Casino's should create code which prevents any betting over the max, any excluded game from being played, and blocking of all deposits when SE'd, and of course blocking all coupons for which one isn't eligible..

That's another story though.

TBH never tried to withdraw after using 2 free chips in a row. I was kind of aware that rule, but I thought this is not really applicable for this promo as it came in a batch (so not like a free chip in January and one in February and no deposit between them).
I was also expecting that this rule used against those who hardly do any deposits that is why it is written like "the management reserves the right to void".

I only found out about the rule after i first tried to do it, not even having deposited once at that time, way back at the start of my gambling career:)
But the way they handled that back then was enough reason for me to start micro-depositing at their group, and i ended up making accounts in all of their Casino's.

It is indeed true that the main reason for those specific T&C's are bonusabusers etc, but also to keep their genuine players on a leash of sorts: they do give out a huge amount of Bonuses, and if players were allowed to claim them consecutively, it would, or at least could turn out to be very costly in a short timeframe.. aside from that, if they were to have to check each and every genuine customers recent history, to decide which cases would fall under management's discretion, or not, that would probably also be to much workload to make that amount of Bonuses viable..it's sometimes pretty slim, that margin which a Casino has to be able to dish out so many promotions..

So that means they are generally very strict on those type of T&C's, but as said, there is a small chance they will grant this one..
Personally i would be inclined to be more flexible anyway, were it my Casino: something like - 5 deposits in a row with and without bonus, grants 2 free chip uses in a row, or 3 Bonus-free deposits grants 2 Bonus-chip uses in a row - you get the picture: hope they will be nice mate, just don't forget to check with support when in doubt next time - better safe then sorry!

Check the Slotsmillion Bonus Safeguard - does exactly that. Found out yesterday and was totally surprised to see it.

As for Stokes issue...."damn' RTG" ....coupon after coupon and never 100% clear on the rules but even I know although i never ever deposited at one that 2 in row = no payment of winnings. Hang in there, maybe they make an exception but i wouldn't sweat on it.

Hrm well you should have been a lot more careful and should have follow T and C carefully. RTG and Rival casino are a high risk place. There has been a lot of black list and white list for years, Playtech is also as well due to dodgy jackpot payment term and condition for some casino, not all of it. There are only few handful of RTG and Rival are very good accredited so far and never had problem for years. Slotocash imo the rep is very good and they answer pretty straight forward. I am sure your casino will have similar result as I believed Slot Capital is same partnership with Slotocash, they will get back to you to help you and explain clear what happen.

but even I know although i never ever deposited at one that 2 in row = no payment of winnings.

Hmm. Would you say the same for Videoslots? Like having the free spins for the weekly voucher twice without depositing would mean forfeiting any winnings?

Sorry, did not mean to offend.

I was referring to RTG sites only. They always had so many rules that writing them down in a row would take me to the moon and back.

The unexpected has just happened.:)

Just got a mail that my withdrawal request was authorized.:D 250 USD already on my Skrill account.

Kudos to Jackpot Capital that they reconsidered their decision. Will redeposit to show my appreciation and to win some more:D

Same thing happened to me at Grande Vegas (part of JC group) several months ago. I was a frequent depositor (normally once or twice a week) and was awarded free chips for depositing so frequently. I was awarded a weekly free chip lost it and then got a special free chip(Halloween or something) and could withdraw $180. They later sent me an email saying that my withdrawal was declined for using consecutive free chips. I was a loyal customer but wasnt vigilant enough so I accepted the decision without arguing. I havent played there since. Their loss or mine?

No, they are not rogue just because you didn't get paid. In fact, they are accredited here and that you have to accept.

I disagree, the JACKPOTCAPITAL for me is on the blacklist, liars and misleading advertising, have withheld my profits and my deposit, I have canceled my account and recommend to all who can escape from them who do,
I lost 117 dollars that I played and I rolled everything right, cheats for me
