I put in for a withdrawel of $300 on Saturday to MPL.

I understand they do not process on weekends and then after that it's a 48 hour pending time.

Why have I not received it in MPL, today? It's Wednesday...more than 48 hours.

I called (rang)JC and had a rather short reply from the assistant that it will be there tomorrow, Thursday.

That is on the fourth day....

To MPL? seriously? I had emailed about this with no reply about this particular problem.

Well the other theory is the fact that MyPaylinQ is also transitioning web sites, brands, and from what I can tell aren't saying much either.
All I can say is hopefully they'll get it straightened out soon.

But I called back ( rang) after realizing that today is Wednesday...more thn 48 hours and she stated again, that since they started the pending 48 hours...it would be on Thursday.

I stated that Monday has 24 hours, Tuesday has 24 hours = 48 hours.

When does the clock start on Monday?;) I would think just past Midnight on Monday morning?

Btw...this has happened before...even before this MPL latest issue.

Anyway...Inet has it there in under 12 hours, mostly....processor issues?

maybe they are do 48 hours pending and 48 hours to process?

which is not good....

It's their loss, I can't re-deposit even if I wanted too. I am not reversing, so ??? What is the real problem, here? Is it because I am in the USA? or why the delay, why the slow or no replies to email unless it's about a new deposit option?

I am so fed up with this.

i dont know if is really that, the delay? if its by e-wallet i think its more easy for usa players....

the slow or no replies i dont talk much about that, because i dont play there at more than 1 year,
because i created a jackpot capital account ( i didnt know that it was some group..... in that time i was thinking that it was an individual rtg)
i tried to claim the 1st depoiste it appeared that it wasn,t available....

so i sent a pm to the rep here, answered in 24 hours but saying "you cant claim because you already have claimed in our group of casinos", like i didnt knew that was some group i sent another saying that... he did not answered, i didnt play there anymore....

after see here that the pending time was in 48 hours i definitly did not deposited anymore, and i will not do until that change

Hate to break it to you but everyone is now doing 48 hours pending than another 48 hours to process, I actually want to do a thread about all this and all my "experiences" the last few weeks with quite a few different casino's.

Long gone are the days of quick withdrawals I think.:(

When I have problems , I always go to the top , has the op tried to contact Yasmeen on here? She is among the best imo as far as helping players , we have few reps as Americans that we can count on, among those are Tom at CWG, James and the Inet Dudes and Dudettes over at InetBet and Yasmeen at JPC and also Anna at 3 Dice. I always feel secure knowing that they have my back and you can reach them right here at CM , 24/7 365 days a year.:D

I do not know what the hold up is but feel that Yasmeen will get to the bottom of it and make it right, you have my word on that:)

Supposedly if you withdraw via OKPay it is "instant".

I have noticed a lot of encouragement by the casinos to be drawn to this method. Someone did post that it was fast.

I just hope it doesn't end up being another quicktender, moneyline wallet, etc.

Slotmaster-you should post about your experiences-I would be interested.

Yasmeen has always been efficient & forthright for any issue(s) that I have encountered,

I have had the great fortune of cashing out a couple of times with Jackpot Capital & Slotastic in the last couple of months. My experiences have been consistent. 48 business day hrs pending, withdraw processed & received by courrier the following day. I have one pending now at Slotastic & am expecting it to clear on Friday morning. Will let you know the outcome.

Best wishes Secret and definitely reach out to Yasmeen. :)

everyone is doing 48 hours pending then another 48 hours to process? lool
where??

check the withdrawal times for sloto, cwc, 3dice, 32red, nordicbet, bet365, and a few other acredited casinos.... they process in 24hours or less.....

club world

So I just get off live chat at aladdins.I ask them why my W/d's are still pending. Its been 3 days. What happened to the 48 hrs? They tell me its 48 working hrs.I say WTF are working hrs?He tells me 9am-5pm uk time.So I guess CW casinos are now 6days.counting a weekend thats 8 days. What a joke.nice play on words"Jon".My last w/d from them took over a month and i had to rip up a courier check along the way.

I have never had an issue getting paid from JPC . Always in the time they state. Its the processors I am worried about. It seems one after another is going down.
I wont use any of the wallets anymore, I do not trust them with my info.
