Look. In my opinion and depending on how far miester intends or likes to be labeled or independently nominated as a dispute handling property or just casino monitoring and assessment. I would, depending on the ano a, make it a condition of all sites to place a dispute and information tab in their sites that is only visible once players have exhausted casinos in house disputes or resolutions department. Any casino that has issue with a simple option like that in my opinion really just wants to be seen and heard being transparent and honest but also clearly show that are taking action. That will also eliminate bogus claims and disputes as usernames at miester will better match the true identity of legitimate players and issues. There doesn't need to be extensive cross Checking of personal info so to avoid privacy concerns. Simple email or phone number cross checks.
And yes. Maybe miester should consider a no win no fee scenario. I for one have no issue losing 5% of a dispute win If I'm deemed in the right. I know that to setup in Europe may be difficult due to EU regs. Buck australia allows third party dispute services although heavily regulated . It's time the casino industry started to self regulate or forever be seen as shady.
And needs to be set up in trusted countries. UK, Australia, Canada, counties that are rates top ten in trusted financial and governmental regulatory standards. With the regulatory bodies I've seen coming from Europe , they do not convince me they are anymore than just token institutions. I for one would get involved .But
