Been playing at bohocasino for almost a year. Until recently it has been a reliable casino.
The last month they have been declining my usual withdrawal to my revolut Mastercard. Customer service assure me on chat that everything looks good, and the process will be completed, then they’re declining it every time.Their reason for cancellation is that I should go over to use bank transfer as withdrawal method.
Bank transfer has never been an option in my withdrawal page. It’s like they’re intending to make withdrawals difficult, by saying I should use bank transfer even they’re informed 10 times that it’s not available for me.
Customer service keep telling me “experts are working at your case constantly”, without any follow up or email.
It used to be my favorite casino, but now there is no way I’ll use them again without more effort to help me and alternative option that actually works.
Anyone know who I can contact at this forum, or how I can resolve this?
