It has been a long time since I've logged onto 777 Dragon and Golden Riveria Casinos, part of the Vegas Partner Lounge group. So when I clicked on my shortcuts to those casinos "Casino US" opens up. My Golden Riveria account number and password worked with it. Has VPL consolidated some of their casinos into Casino US?

Short answer - yes.

Check the latest Casinmester News - there are something like five MGS-powered groups offering this new US-friendly software, with probably more to follow.

From what I've been reading, it looks like ALL old MG casinos are all re-directing to just ONE new casino; Casino US...

Is that really the case? Can someone confirm?
Even if it's some but not all old ones, how would that work for anyone with more than one old MG account?

:confused:

my understanding for the USA player and micros is this.....

currently, if you have accounts at any of the casinos within a certain group, they will all be re-directed to one casino within their group to accomadate USA players. It's still a work in progress, so be patient. Not all features and options are showing.

example....

Playshare group, ie; Grand Mondial, Quatro and CasinoShare will all redirect to CasinoShare

Vegas Partner Lounge, ie; Casino US, Crazy Vegas, Golden Riveria, Sun Vegas, River Nile, Maple Casino, 777 Dragon, Cinema Casino, (think that's it for USA), will all redirect to CasinoUS

I also heard Casino Rewards is following suit

We'll see what happens June 1st. Gonna be interesting

One thing I have noticed since having deposited a couple times at CasinoShare US, is they are doing auto bonuses. I don't know if I had inadvertently opted in for this or if it is just automatic, but it doesn't make me happy to have my deposits tied to a 30x playthrough.
Guess I will have to call and see if I can opt out.
Just wanted to give US players a heads up on this.

I was able to speak with live chat and you have to "opt in" for the bonuses.

Better check with them Mavin, because in order for you to receive, you must request. I've made several deposits after the intial offer and haven't rec'd the bonus. Hope you don't have an auto button. rof

Good luck.

I received my bonus from Casino US automatically, although they did send me an email about the promotion before.

Will the rest of the world be allowed to play on this new software? Or just US players?

I'm sure you're right, when I first downloaded the casino, I was clicking on things and I think I did click the opt in button, thinking it would bring up more info, didn't but guess it opted me in the auto bonus. I'll call them and see if I can be opted out.
Thanks! :)

There might be a bit more confusion here I think. The old "Casino US" is (or was) a Casino Rewards property. "The Casino US" as stated above is the VPL one.

Hi guys,

To clear up any confusion, it will be referred to as, "TheCasinoUS.com" .

Regards,

Curt.

Hi Curt, glad to see there is a rep for the new US casinos. Are you connected with CasinoShare US also?

I'm glad I can opt out of any auto bonuses, but do I have to email prior to every deposit I make or is once enough and how long will it take to get an answer? When I am ready to deposit, I don't want to wait, guess I'm an inpatient player ;).

It would be nice if you just have an opt out button that we players can click on and not have to go the long way around waiting for a response and then not being sure it is taken care of.

Someone asked if we have several casinos in the previous group, which login info will we be using, how will we know? Will it be condensed down to one previous account number?

Also, will more games be added soon? I'm glad the games now offered are MG standard games, but many favorites are not on the lists, hope to see more being added.

And lastly, when and will you be allowing new US sign ups? It would be very restrictive to your player base if you only are accepting those of us that have been grandfathered in and not open up to new players.

I forgot to add this question. How long will payment processing take for withdrawals. I have made a withdrawal at CasinoShare US and the info that came up was 21 working days for a wire transfer??????? Can you please clarify this.

Have you SOLD your US player database to the team at TheCasinoUS then, it looks this way from your statement thus:-

Previously, it has been thought that operators have simply been allowed by MGS to use this new software for their US player base, rather than ditch them altogether come June 1st.

Some players will be unsettled by hearing that this is a transfer of OWNERSHIP, rather than just software.

Players outside the US shouldn't worry about not being able to play on this new software, since it seems to be nothing more than a cut down version of MGS, with lots of stuff missing, but nothing added.

Will it be "business as usual" in ALL respects for players OUTSIDE the US?

Hi Marvin,

Just to clarify about bonuses:

Bonuses are automated, and should be wagered 30 times.
Should you wish not to receive any bonuses, you would need to send us a written request before making your deposit. We would then exclude you from receiving bonuses until you request otherwise.

Curt

Hi Marvin,

Response time to requesting no bonuses:
You would need to send us one written request, and not before every deposit.
As soon as we receive your email, we will action the request immediately, and will send you a confirmation email once your request has been completed.

Logins:
even if you had an account with each casino in the VPL group, whichever account number you login with, you will be at the same casino. should you have had any balances on the account you use to login with, it will be available for you to use.
Players will most likely use the casino account they played on most, but they can login with any of their account numbers.

New US signups:
As far as we know, they will not be accepting any new US players at this stage, however, i'm sure they'll make it known, if they do in future?

Games lists:
The version of the software sold of by Microgaming, only had a set list of games in the package, so at this stage we can't tell if there will be new games added to the new casino going forward.

Payment time frames;
21 days for a wire transfer does sound rather long.
Use My Wallet - 2 - 3 business days;
Click2Pay - 4 - 7 business days;
Wire transfer - 4 - 7 business days;

I hope that your questions have been answered to your satisfaction.

Best regards,

Curt

Actually I would prefer less games. I find the newer games overall seem to have a lower RTP but that is just my experience. *cough* T-Struck II *cough*

So anyways, would be nice to have the temptation to play them removed :oops:

Ok, this is so wrong on so many levels.

I am one that does not like to take bonuses and I feel this is being FORCED upon people which does not make good sense or good business. I will not play anywhere that there is an auto bonus...There are too many good casinos that respect players wishes without them having to beg to be removed from a program they did NOT sign up for. Yes, I used BEG because that is what it takes to be removed form these useless offerings IMO only...I have been there , done it, and closed accounts over this one issue more times than I can remember....

It should be the other way around..if one wants the bonus, then let THEM email to receive this..

.

Hi Curt,
Thank you for your response, it is appreciated. I have updated my info on my withdrawal on the CasinoShare US thread and will update it here. My withdrawal was placed on 05-21 and is now in my bank account this morning 05-27, so very pleased with that.

Also, I did send an email request to be removed from the auto bonus and it was taken care of promptly, I didn't receive a confirmation however, but my last deposit was without a bonus attached, so again, pleased with the quick response to my request.

Still, I and many others would hope to see other US players be able to open accounts with this US software soon.

Thank you, Mavin not Marvin :oops: ;)
