Wonder if one of you maths gurus could let me know if this is within the bounds of "normal" blackjack results.

I played on Super Vegas Casino 50 hands of blackjack this morning and the dealer results are as follows:

Bust 10 times
17 8 times
18 7 times
19 8 times
20 7 times
21 3 times
BJ 6 times
(1 time dealer had 11 id busted both my hands)

Not that unusual but the 10 busts were all in the first 25 hands. The Dealer then made 25 hands in a row without busting. Im no expert in maths but this must be VERY unusal surely!!

Any comments please
Thanks :D

It seems to be withing reason. I've had streaks where i've won about 75 hands and lost only 25 so it works both ways. In the end it should come out about 490 win 500 loss.

I only lost about $30, was playing 2 hands of between $2-$5. I was up about $20-$30 then got wiped out when the dealer got hot!!!

I just thought it was a bit unusual that the dealer didnt bust so many times in a row. It was actually 26 times not 25.

Boss Media is rigged, but if you can't post the win / loss stats it doesn't mean much.

I think dealer bust rate is about 18%. ?

Overall I played 50 rounds, mostly 2 hands.

Total Hands 89

W 34
L 49
P 6

I guess thats not so unusual but whilst playing i started noticing that the dealer was not busting and when i got wiped out i went and checked the log and saw 26 straight hands. In my blackjack book it says the dealer busts about 29% of the time.

My maths isnt great but i make the odds of tha happening about 0.013%.

Not saying they are rigged just a tad odd and annoying!!! :D

Neither is mine, but it's got the edge on yours if you make this a 0.013% shot; maybe you mean 1.3%? Even so, that's way off. On average you'd expect to see...

W: 38
L: 42
P: 7

...on just ONE spot. You were playing mainly two. These results are almost bang on - absolutely nothing noteworthy, other than the irritation factor of a loss (happens quite a bit on Boss).

Dam!! I thought Id run into a rare mathmatical event!! Thanks very much for your info caruso.

One day I will have 26 hands in a row without busting even counting we have the luxury of standing on 12+ when favourable.

Of all my hundreds of playng sessions my record at online casinos is about 5 hands LOL :D

Just played another session at Super Vegas 26 games playing 2 spots

W 13
P 4
L 35

Dealer Totals

17 6 times
18 4 times
19 5 times
20 7 times
21 2 times
BJ 1 time
Bust 1 time

Straight after my last session this is bullshit. If this casino isnt f**king rigged then i dont know what is.

The SVC dealer doesnt know how 2 bust. Once in a total of 52 hands thats not right.

I did get a little angry in my last post (It was late and I was losing) but I gotta wonder what the proberbility is of the dealer only busting ONCE in 52 seperate consecutive hands. Bet that has not happened at any BJ table in vegas all year!!!

What I woud do,

I play very little Boss, but my stats have not been great. I think you can get your play record on line, but seems like it isn't in any usable form. Maybe you could get them to send you your play logs. However, best try to get an exact record of your play.

Then send you question to Micahael Shakleford. I too think 52 times without busting is very bizarre. But Shakelford will tell you how bizarre.

As a matter of good policing I think it is good that casinos know players are looking hard at their play records - whether gaffing is taking place or isn't.

I have sent an email requesting my logs for last 30 days. I origionally called them but the young lady I spoke to didnt know what I was talking about at all. Thought I was talking about tree logs!!! I kid you not!!!!

I looked in detail at all my play over last 30 days and very grim.

Total hands 968

W 362
P 27
L 579

Out of 596 dealer hands (I play 2 spots most of the time)

Dealer bust 67 times. Super hot dealer :D :D

My immediate thought is just variance - win rate of 37% isn't that uncommon.

It is your bust rate of 1 in 52 hands that caught my eye. As I recall, when Shakleford busted Casino Bar it wasn't based on the overall win rate but on specific hands that indicated dealing doubles.

Hopefully SVC will send me the logs!!

Had the last 26 hands of my previous session without a dealer bust at all, and out of a further 26 hands last night only 1 bust!!!!

So out of 52 hands back to back dealer busted once!!! Dealer is suposed to bust roughly 29% of the time thats why I was so angry last nght.

I have noticed on a lot of BM casinos that both player and dealer do not bust as much as you would normally expect.

I hate the thought that any online casino is not honest and I hope I have run in to some severe bad luck not blatent cheating I really do!!!

sounds very fishy but I dont know why people sound so surprised that unregulated casinos which answer to no government (no real government anyway) is rigging their software.

 LOL I guess that sums its up really!!!

Why do you insist on playing here if you're sure you're being cheated?

As a matter of good policing I think it is good that casinos know players are looking hard at their play records - whether gaffing is taking place or isn't.

It's more than "good policing" - this is the most powerful form of regulation there will ever be. You can forget about the fakes, the charlatans, the snake oil salesmen and all the other ripoff merchants sitting behind those seals and stamps masquerading as "quality control" at the bottom of the web page of every online casino in existence. Give in to that and you can forget about seeing another fair game online. The only thing stopping them ripping you off with impunity is the thought of players calling them to task. Once players get complacent it'll be open house for every bent software engineer in the business.

Final Thought For The Day: PriceWaterhouseCooper "guarentees" a fair game at Boss Media - look at the stamp all the Boss casinos carry. Tell you anything?

Out of 941 hands (no pushes) you should have won 421 hands (47.5%) So your results are pretty close to a -4SD event. I echo Caruso's question of why play there?

maybe people can ask the same question next time somebody complains about losing 9 in a row in MG's BJ?

Assuming that little dig was directed at me, it was 10, and I had not played BJ at CGV for over three years, only VP - during which time I believe the BJ game to have been cleaned up, so I was not wittingly returning to play a fixed game.

So facts straight, buddy.
