Is there a Dragonara rep?

Is there a rep for dragonara on here? I was unable to find one in the casino rep section, I have a problem with my photo ID verification which I’ve never had at any other casino, and I’m unsure how to proceed. They are claiming that they need a copy of the paper copy counterpart of my driving license ID which after googling found they stopped doing in June 2015 and I received mine in September 2015!

Do you have a current passport? Maybe that would work.

Not satisfied with deducting banking fees for both deposits and withdrawals, they have to give you the old runaround as well. Kinda takes the fun out of betting, don't it?

You could try phoning them up, to explain your situation, sometimes that works better than emailing the CS, the trouble is, a phone call to Malta can get quite expensive, probably talking about a tenner, unless you can use SkypeOut

I will try thru email to get a resolution first, tho at the minute they have gone quiet, they said that they are an established 50 year old casino so have no need to try and delay or stop me getting my withdrawal and it’s part of there terms that they need the paper copy of my ID, so whether this can be resolved remains to seen
