is it ever possible to withdraw from neteller?

Hi everybody

I am really unhappy with Neteller's service. I deposited many times without any trouble during the last two months but when i tried to withdraw i saw that withdrawing is ten times more complicate, time consuming and more dificult than depositing. Since i could not withdraw yet the coefficient(ten) is apt to increase.

When i decided to withdraw an agent told me that i had to register my account first. And i asked why? It is the very same bank account from which i deposit so why should i register it while withdrawing ? He said i had to. That was the procedure.

So i started the process as described. When i learned that it might take upto 10 days i asked if there was any alternative. i was told that i could transfer funds to a friend's neteller acount if both accounts were certified. Once again i sent the necessary documents.

Then another agent told me that he was sorry because i was given false information i could not transfer funds to another neteller account without registering my bank account first.

Twice i was given conflicting information by different agents. Then it was explained to me that some agents were describing the general procedure while the procedure for Turkish customers differed from the general one and that was the reason of misunderstandings.

I still can not withdraw from my neteller account because

(their sayings via telephone, email or online help)

1) Neteller is a great and very dependable organisation but Turkish banks are inefficient and they may fail to reflect the microdeposit sent by Neteller to the customers account(since the microdeposit is so small the banks may ignore it)

2) I have to send a copy of my bank statement and they will endeavor to manually verify the account.(what a sacrifice)

I wrote a mail to them saying that they were like a one way road very easy deposits (no security problems here) but extremely time consuming withdrawals (because of security reasons and the inefficiency of banks)

I am a very sentimental person and i sometimes fail to control my feelings .This is my bad habit. I believe that everyone (man or firm) should be able criticise itself. Simply accusing others is not the solution.

Well i could not withdraw yet but i am determined not to deposit my funds at Neteller to an online casino:)

Well.

If you provided invalid information when registering you should register your account to verify your info.

I recommend you that once you do this, request the Neteller ATM card.

You shouldnt have any problem withdrawing, just think as if you were dealing with a bank.. If there is a discrepancy with the info you provided, it must be updated and verified.

I guarantee you that once you register your account you wont have a problem :thumbsup:

well i have reached the limtis of my patience.

i think the microdeposit will never arrive.

i deposited my 677 dollars to my gamebookers account. i can withdraw to my credit card account from there.

i will never use neteller again

Netteller seems to have problems when starting new accounts. I ran into a few bugs at the time, but they were helpful and i worked them out and now its amazing. Ive transfered a few grand to my bank account with no troubles.

You might want to look into the check option. Ive never used it but i beileve that tehy will mail it out without your bank account being registered. The only thing is im not quite sure how long it would take as you are from turkey and i think these things normally take some itme.

Why does this not surprise me?

This is poor CS again from Neteller. As they ask all the security questions up front, they should have been talking about the TURKISH procedure, not the general one!
The microdeposit method is a real pain even here, and once I had done it I still had a few problems. Now though, this process is mostly OK, but is dependant on how good your bank is.
The best option may be a check, unless there is a chance it will never arrive, and the ATM card still requires you to be verified before you can use it.
Depositing to a casino that will send a check is probably worse than getting a check straight from Neteller.
Neteller cannot refund to VISA cards because it is considered a gambling provider, even though no gambling takes place from within Neteller.
Upgrading to a VIP at Neteller only gives a slight improvement, as often the VIP CS is the same as the "normal" CS.

INSTADEBIT... if you are in the US or Canada... thats the solution to your problems..

DAMN.. I should be charging Instadebit for talking so good about them...

They deserve it..

neteller is easy to use

if you didnt get the little bank deposit just request it again or ask your bank you can always request check or use atm its just that simple no need to make it big deal

Let me take a wild guess. You are from the blacksea region of my country

Neteller agents told me a few times that they did not recommend the check option for Turkish customers. They said it was not easy to cash out neteller checks in Turkey. And i am a freelance worker and cannot wait for some check to arrive at a fixed address.

The micro deposit option takes 3-5 days as they say. For my case it has been 5 says and no deposit arrived. You advise me to ask for another one. Who can guarentee me that this one will arrive? At the moment i have no money in my account but if i had they would be keeping it without paying me any kind of interest while i am sure that keeping the money as long as possible is certainly profitable for them.I decided that if monry should wait somewhere it should be Gamebookers cause unlike neteller i am extremely pleased with this bookies services. (though i always lose money here:))

I believe that neteller should devise more efficient methods so that they will provide faster services for their customers. Sure if they really want to provide faster services.

but i am still unhappy with neteller. especially with CS.

I have to disagree with you here, unfortunately. I tried signing up at InstaDebit and after I entered all my personal details they told me that my information was invalid or that they could not verify my information.

Sorry, but that's enough to put me off. I'm not comfortable sending all my personal details to some unknown third party, only to be told that they "can't verify my identity". And now they have all my data stored on their server and can do what they please with it.

Fabulous.

I think you just need to be more patient. I received a microdeposit 2 weeks after i requested it. But overall- Neteller is a great thing for online gambling. I cannot imagine what i would do without it.

This is my neteller experience and people who praise neteller please try to emphatise with me

I opened a neteller account , deposited 328 dolars from my bank account to neteller account , then transferred 300 to online casino from neteller account and transferred back 875 to my neteller account from online casino.

Then I decided to withdraw about 10 days ago.I asked online help they said I should register my account. This would take 3-5 days. I registered my account. Three days passed no microdeposit(md) arrived. I wrote a mail stating that I still didnot recieve the md. A Turkish agent called me and said that we would do this manually and asked me to mail her my bank info. I did. She called back again. I verifyed verbally what i had written to her. Then she called again and said that the md I would recieve would be 0,30 dollars and I could go ahead and verify my account. I logged in my neteller account and wrote 0,30 in the related field and recieved a message telling me that the numbers did not match. I launched online help and told the agent the situation. The agent told me that the Turkish neteller agent who called me should not have told me the amount of the md I would recieve. This was a breach of security. And said that he was sending a new md right then and I had to wait another 3- 5 days. I told him to go f... himself and he closed my account. I had to call Neteller three times and pay international charges to reactivate my account. (there is no toll free number from Turkiye) . I recieved two more emails informing me that new mds were sent to my account. Yesterday I launched online help. The agent told me to call them and gave me the wrong number as always. I once again reminded him that the number he gave could not be called from my country. He said I would reiceve a call in 30 minutes.I waited for an hour and no call came. I opened online help again and to my luck met the very same agent .I reminded him of the call and I recieved the call. An agent told me to mail my bank account info and my IBAN number. I said I had already sent them but she was as rigid as rock and I did not want to have my account closed again so I complied. She said my account would be manually verified. And I would soon recieve a call. As always I recieved no call. In the morning I was promised two times that I would recieve a call and I recieved none and once again I paid international charges a few hours ago to learn that the site was in scheduled maintenance and I should call 5 hours later.

I have 875 in my neteller account and 2100 in online casino . And I cannot touch them.

And to my dear friend who advised me to use Neteller instead of credit card because it was much safer

Neteller online help agents are vey inconsistent. sometimes they can be outright rude. Very often two agents tell different things about the same issue and whenever I close the online help screen I very gladly give them a poor mark for their bad customer service. I will not advise Neteller to anybody but I hear that Paypal is no different.

patience ,patience and patience. This sort of thing can happen to anybody. After you register your bank account you will not have any problems in the future. Neteller is the best for gamblers!

half an hour after i posted this tread a very kind neteller agent called me and told me the amount of the md on the phone and my account was verified.

yet another half an hour later another agent called and said that he was ready to help. I said the problem has been solved. he was very kind too.

I think Neteller is in league with the casinos, like they act like their cousins or best friends. In league with the shadier casino's even. They suck money from consumers easily and together they (the casinos and neteller) make quite a bit of cash. I absolutely will never ever ever use neteller they can suck my ....
They and their cousing rogue casino buddies have robbed me plenty of times. This is my humble opinion. They are artists, like a van gogh, they make it look so good but it is illusory. :mad: Only my humble un verified perhaps even mistaken but nah opinion. From what I've seen, in my business dealings with them. Its just too easy to blow a grip load of consumers money even beyond their means, it is unethical practices. :mad:

i personally have had nothing but unhassled deposits and withdrawalls from neteller, the day i signed up i made sure i also got an ATM card, i have had numerous ammounts of wins and then transferred the funds to my ATM card which i then 10 mins later had in my hand in Australia, get one of these cards and then you will get your money. grazza7777:notworthy :D :lolup: :) :eek:

I love Neteller.

The only thing they could do better IMO is to have courier checks delivered on Saturday. I hate having to wait till monday to get my money.

If you think dealing with Neteller is bad, just try opening a NEW bank account in a US bank, jumping through all those hoops can give you an brain tumor.

Withdraw by check and if it is offered in your area use a courier, delivery is usually overnight and your money is handed to you at your front door.

Sorry, but to offer this solution to someone in Turkey is the worst advice ever. Overnight check to Turkey? Sure....yea...

You forgot to add the word "courier" its not just an 'overnight check'.

I have been to Turkey several times even did some milltary service there, couriers work just fine.

They even have UPS in Turkey... lol

Instadebit

Hey guys, I too used instadebit in the past and found it to be a very good deposit tool. My problem is this; I recently moved and opened a new checking account in the new city I am living in. I tried to register my new account with Instadebit and they told me to send the information on my new account, along with some "proof" that I closed my old account. I don't understand why I should have to provide any details of my old account as all my deposits with instadebit have cleared from that closed account. They wouldn't register my new account without this info. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to why this is???

Althuogh I was a little upset to discover that becuase we live in OZ we can not reverse deposits back to Neteller, it's really a blessing. I agree once the cash hits the card it's a quick drive to the ATM and bingo a fist full of dollars :D

BTW I use ANZ to withdraw funds, can't seem to get any FPOS machine to accpect the Neteller ATM card though? Any suggestions?
