Nah, it just seems as if there's a router down somewhere along the way. I can't get to it either. As soon as I get past the comcast network, it starts timing out.

You could search google for "web based traceroute", and try getting there from other countries to see if that works.

If not, then something's definitely going on...

Also remember that intercasino.com is only their website. Can you get connected to the casino itself?
