Do You Have a Favorite Live Dealer?

Hey everyone!

I've been playing live dealer games a lot recently, and something I noticed personally on emotional level, certain dealers really make the experience memorable and I stay a couple of extra hands with them. I love when they calling out funny nicknames for players, it always makes me laugh 😆

It got me thinking—does anyone here ever feel like they connect with a dealer? Or maybe you even look out for when they're online?
Do you follow any streamers who play live casino games? I wonder if dealers are allowed to livestream as well if they wish after work let's say..

I never play them enough to care. If you are watching the dealers you are not watching your money disappear.
Fair enough. I've seen a few "live-streaming" events where players bet behind the dealer, and they normally get a lot of views / engagement, so I was wondering if it's popular among avid users.

My most favourite live dealers are the ones that are dealing when I’m winning.
Out of curiosity though, do you notice if certain dealers bring better vibes or energy to the table? Like, maybe they’re extra chatty or have a way of making the game more fun, win or lose?

There are certainly some excellent and entertaining dealers. It depends on the game and how much time they have to chat. You tend to get the chattiest dealers on Gameshows and one-handed games where the dealer doesn't have too much to do. The notable exception is Baccarat tables, which are generally the quietest.
Of course, if you're a high roller and playing at a private table, you can request your favourite dealer.

A dealer can make or break a game. Making mistakes or having a bad attitude can clear the table in seconds.

For sure! My favorites are usually on Evolution (I play mainly blackjack).

It's not so much about being chatty but about them paying attention to the hands, how they're dealt, and also just conversing. It amazes me how they can focus on both.

Its made my time online especially when doing tournaments fun. Since you spend hours, and the chat box is full of nasty guys, it helps kill time in a fun way.

I have even wished I could tip good dealers :)

Some providers allow you to tip, some not. Not sure why more of them would not enable / build this functionality.

I haven't seen them, but I guess once I stuck on Evolution, I haven't found anyone else I like more :) Do you know offhand which providers allow tipping? Also not sure why it's not allowed or made, not like its possible to manipulate right?

I think this was a Playtech. I tried to find it just now but couldn't verify it 100%, as Playtech is not listed on the operator websites I have access to.

Playtech offers the Tip button, and Luckystreak does too. I don't think the dealers get the tips, though. It's used more for players who tip the dealer for luck, like when you get a BJ or just before you cash out.

Yeah I have heard from dealers that they don't really get the tips, or perhaps just a small portion, like 10%.

So the tips aren't for the dealers, wth haha. Who on earth would tip the house? They already get our patronage! Still don't get why tipping isn't more common when you can do it everywhere in an actual casino.

Tipping the house sounds like the same scam that tipping when collecting take out food from a restaurant is.

There's a bigger scam where you pay restaurants to cook your own food in soups and sauces that come from packets/bottles. You are literally paying premium price for raw food, and then paying more to cook it for yourself :P
