I've been a loyal Jackpot Factory player for years. However, Feb 9th, I made a withdrawal which normally would haeen processed the following Tuesday. By Thursday, realizing, it was still "work in progress", I got in touch with them. I was informed that after 8 years of withdrawals, there was now a document issue going back to 2008. After sending them the required documents, I've now received two other requests, the last one being a "notarized" passport. "Notarized"? I now have to pay a notary to get my withdrawal? I've never heard of this. Since when? Is this a stallng tactic or have other players ever run into this?

I think thats uncalled for. That hasn't happen to me but other issues have in the past. One time they were my Fav casino was a VIP etc I wont get in to but I would stay from them they are not the same casino that they were a few years ago. They have lost touched with there valuable customers and dont seem to care in loosing them.
Also surprised to see accredit!!!!!!!!!!

With casinos that do this, the right thing to do is approve your w/d and concurrently ask you for your docs. Being a loyal customer for years the current w/d should be processed as normal and segregated from any checks or requests for docs.

I've used jackpot Factory for years, mainly the First web but also AllSlots.

Never had problems with them and prior to 32 red's game-changing bonuses, Jackpot factory's ongoing 10 percent deposit bonus was one of the best MG deals going.

Maybe one of the negative side-effects of 32 Red getting so heralded (rightly) here and elsewhere is a knock-on effect on these 'not quite as good but still pretty good' MG casinos.
