I've not played cards there, so can't comment, but I would add two observations: a) that having played their slots a lot, they are high variance (streaky) on the whole, but personally I see no reason to think they are unfair and b) I think it always helps if casinos publish monthly independent audited returns by game (from a reputable auditor obviously!)

Hopefully threads like these also help both sides learn a thing or two and I firmly believe the saying "in every problem lies an opportunity". Just depends who want's to find it

Thank you for your post simmo!, In an effort to get this back on the rails, setting up independent audits is indeed on our todo list. For our team it is a matter of deciding whether to spend available development resources on new slots, the upcoming random jackpot or other new features as the setup for independent audits. In making those decisions we will always try to accommodate as much of our players as we can. In all fairness, we absolutely never claimed to allready have independent audits (as, ftr, many of the accredited casino's don't). Players for whom independent audits are a prerogative have always been told to practice their patience as we didn't (yet) do that. Many other players however don't care for independent audits, or do not use those as the base of their trust. (would it be impossible for a malicious casino to publish legit looking external audit results ?). Those players already are our customers and I feel our primary comitment is to them. That is why so far, our focus has been on extending our (still way to narrow) slot selection, and other player features as chat and tournaments.

I'm sure we'll be discussing this internally and priorities may be reshuffeled. On the short term, I can commit to publishing the actual rtp's of our game's, even if for now not yet audited.

After having read all the impassioned posts and being both a member of CM and 3Dice, I feel moved to put in my 2 cents.

First I have had the experience at 3D of having being beaten by royal flushes to my straight flush and other combinations of hands on more than one occasion. It does happen and has happened to me but luckily while I am in free tourney mode. Nothing at any casino surprises me anymore as I have seen my share of oddities. It is everyones choice to play or not to play and there is an "uninstall" button if it happens too frequently.

Second if anyone chooses to post their personal stats, that is their choice as it is their personal info. For a casino to post anyones personal stats without prior permission should never happen. As in the working world, it is one thing for an employee to tell another what their salary is..quite another for the employer to tell people what you earn. Hopefully this will never occur again.

Geez, I got three pairs (winning), two straights and a straight flush in real play within two or three minutes of each other. Does that mean that "crooked" 3Dice likes me better?

For the record, I don't believe that 10 hands or 10,000 hands give any kind of accurate portrayal of whether a software RNG is on the up and up and well written. All these table games (IMO not POKER when you are playing against the dealer) have a house edge built in, and a casino should not have to "stack the deck". The whole game is stacked in their favour. I think it is far more likely for a B&M casino to have individual dealers (or a group) stack cards in a conspiracy to give winnings to accomplices.

As for crookedest, check the Rogue Gallery. Denying winnings, making up excuses, bad cheques and the like would far outstrip 3Dice.

But 3Dice was in the wrong to publish your stats without your permission. Bad form, but not crooked. Although, I must admit, I would appreciate playlogs that allow me to review my own hands/spins.

3D is a class act. Any way you slice it you do not have to play there if you do not want to. New players need not fear unforseen hassles.

They have proven to be one of the best casino's on the planet and treat the customers better than any casino I haved played in thus far. The first time I withdrew I was amazed that I needed to send NO documents and wait days or weeks. It is a fast and painless procedure other casino's need to adopt. 24 hour reverse period is a joke, if I hit withdraw it means I want my money.

This thread started by suggesting they are crooked, then took a few turns but basically its all up to the players to hit the deposit button or not.

I will continue to play there. Win or Lose. After all, its called gambling.

Most of us have families children so on and just like with enzo and 3dice
that is his baby he will go to any lengths to defend and protect it.
His staff will do the same its their income per month.
Players come and go and casinos most times will try and keep the good ones the high deposit ones and even low deposit ones. When they cant and not always do plse a player it is that time to part and move onto another casino.
Casinos at their will comp and credit players as see fit and i dont think any of us should fig that out its their choice how they go about their business.
Players though do get use to added benefits from playing at these casinos and at times depend on them and when it changes they feel they have done something wrong and they get hurt.
And as i get into 7 months of playing ive seen it all with casinos ive seen myself get 5 scatters all reels stopped and then poof one of them gets pushed below not 3dice either.
This comes with online gaming and again our choice u feel being cheated plse move on.
Players against players this is driving me crazy.

I have more that I could post but wont. Lauram, you seem nice but you find the need to get involved in every single situation. You went from hardly posting to posting like a fool (not a dumb fool) the kind that means "she was dancing like a fool), meaning continuously (sp) Who cares who the top poster is? Its not a competition

The other thing is this: This was Berns post about card games and yet again she had to chime in and stir things up just like her post to Bern saying "you started this, you better stay and finish it" NO he doesnt!! She had no right to tell him that. She just wanted the attention to drag on

One last thing. DO you know where GG points come from? Do you think GG pays you? The casinos involved pay the points so in reality that is double dipping from 3 dice as well as other casinos. He shoudlnt have to pay you twice. He pays GG money that goes to you. Do you understand this?

This is what has been upsetting me....she sees what she wants to see and some ppl are just getting sucked in without knowing all of this. Imdone again.

Ohhh....the gambling lexicon thing? No, i didnt know the wording for bonus abusing becaause Ive never had to sinceIdont take bonuse Garry/pacers. I cant begin to tell you how many posts Ive stated "please dont take bonus if you want to do what you want. Its nothing but an attempt to lure suckers in unles its of course KK who know showto ysethem wisley .

...................i hope your feeling better today barbara, you are imo a well respected, long time member here and should not have had to defend yourself the way you have, your word should be good enough for those of us that know your true being, im sorry you had to go thru that crap, you take care of yourself, your friends will always be around to support you...............laurie..............p.s great post
