hi, i enjoy playing slots online. I also find your forum interesting to read and very helpful on which casinos to play. I have been playing about 3 yrs, since new laws i cant play microgaming, only at one site so i have been using rtg casinos. Recently i hit a rtg jackpot and currentlwaiting approval and payout from silver oak casino. So i hope it goes well with payouts. after reading some post in your forum i am really getting nervous about getting paid from this casino. any help or advice would be great. thanks

as for your question , i can tell you that i have been playing BJ for a while now, won a few times and got paid on time, the most important thing that I have learned is to try and talk to one person only and also send the casino what ever they ask you 2...if you are experiencing problems I would suggest to try and talk to a manager, sometimes those CSR's can be a pain in the a** so it's better to talk to someone that can make a decision on is own.

if all fails I believe that casinomeister is one of those people you should talk 2. as an influencer I am sure he would be able to help out.

withdrawl was approved at silver oak on 4/7/09. I was told it would be 5 to 7 buisness days to be wired to my bank account. Now today i was told it would not be done in till end on next week4/17/09. Site rules say process to pay is 5 to 7 buisness days. Every time i talk to someone, its delayed but knowone has given me a reason. I had requested all of my win on 3/18/09 to be paid out. can only pay 2500 a week until paid per site rules. So its almost 1 month later and only 2 of withdrawls have been approved even though requested same day and none have actually been paid to me. Spoke with alex today and he now says once i receive 1 payment, process will be faster. I sure hope so cause this is crazy. I never had to wait for wins like this before. If it was a little amount i might be understanding but i hit a very large random jackpot that could change my life if payments start, so its a little depressing at this point. Any advice will help and if anyone actually received their payments i wound like to hear from you. thanks asoucie

That's very discouraging to hear. I for the life of me don't understand what these casinos can be thinking of. Pay the player and they will bring more players..quick responses and attention to detail is very important in any business or you'll find yourself out of business.
