Tried all that about 20 Times. On the app and browser. My friend tries the same game on his account and worked fine for him.So I am guessing you have tried logging in using different browsers? Cleared your history / cache etc. Or even tried it on another device if you have one available?
If none of the above work, then all things point to a specific issue with your casino account IMO
