I was in the middle of a game and bonus that I bought and now I can't go back in the game. Works for other users just not me. What do I do

The big catch by blueprint gaming. I am still waiting for my unfinished game to clear and not getting a valid response from support. They keep saying that the relevant team is still investigating with no timeline. I was playing a bonus round and got the I ternal.server error. This is so frustrating.

So I am guessing you have tried logging in using different browsers? Cleared your history / cache etc. Or even tried it on another device if you have one available?

If none of the above work, then all things point to a specific issue with your casino account IMO

Tried all that about 20 Times. On the app and browser. My friend tries the same game on his account and worked fine for him.

Any resolution on your end? I was in the middle of a bonus spin when Modo went down. It's been days and the game is still in error mode. I'm wondering what the outcome will be. I still had two spins left, but was already over 1k in the bonus.

I had this problem only last week at Betfred was in a bonus round game errors won't load again told betfred they took the game down investigated and gave me £20 compensation as a good will gesture and told me malfunction voids winnings etc etc so have no idea how much I actually won in the end and the game is still not on site
