InterCasino is celebrating its 18th Birthday and has offered a share of days winnings if a player has deposited and played at Monday, November the 17th. Maybe some of you have read their promotion at their website. I am attaching a screenshot about the promo so you can read for yourself.
I deposited and played and waited the 48 hours to be credited. Nothing happened and today I contacted the German support. First was told to me I´m not eligible because I did not activate an “Opt –in Bonus”, but there was neither a link nor a button to opt in into something. The promotion clearly says : log in , deposit and play at Nov 17th to be eligible.
Ok, mailed back with the same screenshot and now suddenly their response was: I am not eligible because I play not often enough. They call me a “not active” player now. So I have to ask: Isn´t it active enough to deposit and play???
So far I mailed back again and now the communication has stopped from InterCasino.
I would like to know if anyone else has been tricked to deposit for this promotion and has not received the bonus they were eligible for.
And I have to ask InterCasino if they are seriously thinking it is a good idea to treat a loyal customer that bad as part of their Birthday Celebration???
