I'm starting a new thread here since the other one has gotten too long.

May the general public consider this my official Pitch A Bitch about the Integrity group.

On March 3, I deposited money at Casino Classic. Over the next few days, I played some blackjack and cleared the betting requirements.

I submitted a cashin request on March 7. I confirmed my cashin method prefence on March 9.

On March 11, I got the infamous "Important information regarding your account" lockdown notification.

On March 12, I replied to an email requesting my identification.

On March 15, I notified Casino Classic that they could forfeit my bonus and return my deposit.

Following all of the aforementioned correspondence and more, I have received no money and have heard nothing but excuses. My latest emails have gotten no response at all.

I have been patient for long enough. This casino has had ample time to audit the accounts. They have my money, and they owe it back to me. This casino group has NO RIGHT to keep my money.

I am officially pissed, and this is my official bitch.

Thank you for informing the player community.

I agree with what GrandMaster's observation at WOL. If the casino wanted to audit for "sharp" players, they can do that after paying. The outcome of the audit for "sharp" players has nothing to do with the payment one way or the other.

Once you met the terms of conditions, you were owed the money - regardless if you are a sharp player, dull player on in between player.

Thanks for bitching. Although you may actually have to follow another protocol to make it official. I would read the instructions carefully.

Something that's not really clear to me from reading the original thread is whether the accounts being audited are under suspicion of fraud (multiple accounts etc.) My impression is that this is not the case and that the problem is 'merely' that the affected players are bonus-hunters, not bonus-abusers. In other words, the audit is to establish if the players are able to use anymore bonuses at the casino.

If that is so I just don't understand why the casino doesn't pay up first and then do an audit. Then the casino could take all the time it needed. If the casino doesn't want these players to take advantages of bonuses anymore, so be it. But if these players did not violate any rules and if there is not even any suspicion that they did I don't see how you can justify the winning sbeing withheld.

Other than the fact that my understanding is that winnings will in fact be paid along with deposits, I agree with this comment - JP makes a very good point here, and I hope that the casino representative from ICL reads and notes this very carefully.

It also raises the possibility of choice for the casino : instead of an out-and-out lock, they could offer the player their facilities sans bonusing, although I doubt that they would get many takers!

They don't have any decent ongoing offers, so unless they were to open another new casino no-one will mind being banned - the only financial advantage to the casino from the audit is if they manage to confiscate funds in players' accounts at the moment.

I entirely agree with jpsatre & Stanford above (& jetset except for the implication that the casino has the right to hold onto the bonus proportion of winnings after all the terms and conditions are met).

There you go again, casting the wrong implications. What is it with you, anyway?

Did you read my clear position on the retroactive disqualification of bonuses posted earlier in the other thread?

This is going beyond funny.

Sorry, I was only moderately awake when I checked this thread this morning! I even managed to somehow confuse Stanford and Freudian (the reason I edited my post). Anyway, I apologise and re-reading your initial post on this thread I agree with you.

All I disagreed with was the emphasis of your news story (ScurvyDog's post on the other thread strikes me as likely to be closest to the truth), but I understand you described things as you saw them. Despite my clumsy post this morning I don't hold any sort of grudge.

p.s. I do wish you'd use quote & unquote correctly on this board, though! Perhaps the way you write it works on some other boards? Or you prefer it aesthetically?

In all fairness, I must report that Casino Classic has refunded my deposit. Minus the small loss on currency conversion of $4 or so, I have my original deposit back. Thanks, Bryan, for the intervention.

I am curious to know if other accounts were paid today, or if only mine was paid as the result of the Pitch A Bitch.

Drewontilt - did you have more than your deposit in your account with all the wagering requirements fulfilled? That's how it sounds from your post, though perhaps you'd ended up even, or hadn't wagered at all in your bonus account?

If you allowed them to take the bonus out of your withdrawal then I'd have thought they'd feel the audit e-mail had done it's job and saved them some money you were rightfully owed. Just curious!

I had lost all of the bonus except for something like $3, so I said "Eff it" and decided they could keep it and give me my money back.

IMHO they have suffered a bad blow to their reputation in saving that $3. They also probably payed more in NeTeller fees than they saved.

largeeyes, I think it's high time these guys got the largeeyes mooning gnome salute.

It tis getting near, that is for sure. They told me another 4 to 7 days, which puts us well past 2 weeks. Not good for them. It is really disappointing to see them and Casino Action group go in such negative directions lately.

I encourage you to Pitch a Bitch. That seems to have helped me.
