iNetBet taking over a week to verify my documents

It has been a week now and iNetBet still haven't verified my ID documents. I feel this is way to long in my mind I've played at many online casinos and it has never taken this long.

I have contacted them like 10 times to ask what is going on and they assure me they are just busy and on Friday the 3rd of Feb 2017 they say they were processing them and hope to have them done by the end of closing, this did not happen and I'm still waiting.

I would like to know if anyone else has had this type of long waiting with them I feel like they are just blowing smoke up my ....
