The issue here for me is not whether a coupon was used or not but the incredible rudeness of the CSR. I only use Inetbet for RTG but after reading this I am now leaving Inetbet and moving to Rushmore.

I would hate to have an issue and get an e-mail like that, if he worked for me he would be sacked.

wow i would hate to win a big amount and be told i was a bonus abuser. i only use bonuses to furthur my play. inet to me is one of the tightess rtg i have played at. i find that at rushmore i hit lots of different things and get more play for my money. i cant afford to play at inet unless i use a bonus. never have hit a jp there. big disapointment if i did and then i get a lot of problems.
